Romance / Re: Is It Advisable To Marry A Female Your Close Friend Has Slept With?? by lordmars: 10:12pm On Nov 09, 2017
First of all I see nothing wrong with what the guy did. He took her pin from your phone unless he stole it but if you knew about it, then it's normal. We boiz share BBM pins, some of them girls on ur list where gotten from another G.

I wouldn't marry her. imagine the future argument.."I remember when my friend slept with you..." and those things will just give u reasons to commit adultery bruh.

other girls dey. Leave the past
Romance / Re: 15 Things Men Do That Annoy Women (A Lot!) by lordmars: 10:10pm On Nov 01, 2017
OP 10 point out of 15 is what you girls actually do that pisses men off. if a guy pretends to be listening to you whilst watching football then it means he knows the end of the story already.

a girl came to my house, sat down, took out her phone open messenger and had a chat while we where talking. only lifted her face to say ok and what.

I was pissed and my crush on her died also the last time we ever met.

bringing friends along na girls do am pass na
Education / Re: Averting Another ASUU Strike by lordmars: 10:10am On Oct 30, 2017
It's very easy to call ASUU names if your Mom or Dad isn't a retired lecturer. it's easy to call ASUU names if you are okay with the ego of being in a university that's less equipped.
.
I used to bash ASUU until a lecturer told us several things. the beautiful chairs in UNIBEN Engineering faculty was possible after last ASUU strike. it used to be a bench. The lap was worst before the last strike.
.
retired lecturers are broke. They paid taxes while teaching but now no pension. a lecturer told us their tax is removed even before the money lands in their account.
.
stop bashing what you don't understand.

Business / The Art Of Saving by lordmars: 4:11pm On Sep 20, 2017
THE ART OF SAVING

Saving without a source of income is like trying to drive a car without tires; it won't work. Saving is "income not spent" or "deferred consumption". For savings to be effective 2 things must be in place;

1. Source Of Income: Saving without a source of income is hard work. Ablot of people try to save from pocket money (how so funny). Your pocket money is for your immediate need. Saving from your pocket money isn't a bad idea but how long will you keep it? Alot of expert always outlook this point. You keep saving so little when you have a want that requires so much. You save and forget that money in the bank doesn't grow; You need a source of income. The best place to put money is in an investment.

2. Plan/Target: They're different types of savings based on individual needs, all requires putting money aside and all requires a plan or target. What's the goal for the saving? buy a car in 6 month? maybe to get married, whatever it is you must have a plan for saving else you will end up spending your hard savings cash on irrelevant ventures.

Advice
It's practically difficult to save in the same bank you use for everything. Some people employ funny tactics like destroying their master card but still walk into the bank and pick up withdrawal slip. You should consider a microfinance bank since PayPal and co isn't supported in Nigeria. They're Apps that does savings you can Google and search them. I use paydaygl.com it's great for both earning and saving. Find out what works for you cos it's working for me.
