A friend of mine got this graduate trainee position and she has a few questions please. After d 6 weeks training period, she said there will be another "on d job" training 4 12 months b4 becoming a full staff, please does anyone knw hw much will be paid during that 12 months period? Will it be a normal graduate trainee salary and how much do their graduate trainees earn. She's leaving another job for this and she needs to be sure. I stumbled on this thread and i'll really appreciate your feedbacks. Thanks guys
