How all the species alive(considering biodiversity and geographical and climate challenges) fit into a boat of that size when they're in millions and wouldn't even fit in the largest mordern day cruise ship.

For example was it just 2 bears or 2 Brown bears, 2 black bears, 2 polar bears, 2 sloth bears... lets not even talk about more biodiverse species, some of which have gone extinct. Pedantic but technically speaking the original version of the bible was in hebrew not greek. It was later translated into greek(Septuagint), and then aramaic(Targum) before the latin(Vulgate) and then others. Rest of your points raised remain valid though.

Right there from the disciples and apostles and long after em.  Most of the ancient forms of Christianity are not even known to people in the world today, since they eventually came to be reformed or stamped  out.

As a result, the sacred texts that some ancient Christians used to support their religious perspectives came to be proscribed, destroyed, or forgotten – in one way or another lost.  There's been a lot of tussle and there'll continually and perpertually be a lot of tussle. That's what happens when objectivity is absent, leads to the most interpreted text in the world.

At least the origin of Christianity doesn't pretend to have any objectivity, so they kind of embrace the diversity and subjectivity of interpretations in the Tanakh.
