Travel / Re: USA Visit Visa Part 4 by Lucybabe81: 6:47pm On Mar 10
OyoTunjiUSA:

Hey 🤠

1. Qualification for Visa emergency appointment at the USA embassy falls under 3 categories Viz ;. Student ... Business ..and Medical .

2. Let's say you fall under Business category , you still have to meet certain conditions. And one of the conditions is that your attendance in the conference must be very very relevant to the conference organizers .

3. The relevance of the conference to you does not matter , but the relevant of your attendance matters . For example , Are you one of the speakers in the conference ? Will they continue the conference if you did not get the visa ? Are they going to lose certain amount of financial gains if you did not attend ? Etc .

4. If you want to meet the above requirements , let the conference organizers state it in your invitation letter and use the letter to apply for your emergency Appointment.

Best Wishes 🙏
Thanks for your prompt response I appreciate I have already told the organizers to send the invitation letter and a letter to the embassy stating the above you mentioned. Hopefully any positive response, then I will proceed to applying

Health / Re: My Expereince With Hiv by Lucybabe81: 10:28pm On Feb 11
HIV is not a death sentence. It's not even amongst the top 10 killer disease in the world. As long as you know your status on time and are consistent with your medication, eat the right food, fruits and vegetables, exercise and most importantly pray you are good to go and you will live a long and healthy life.
Stay safe

@Amelie T
Thanks for all you do. I will like to apply for UK visitor's visa 6months I need your input on the following questions.
1. I work with an NGO as a staff, our contract ended in December but was renewed this month but as a consultant for three months normally in the NGO our contract is renewed quarterly even if you are a staff but I have been with this particular organization for over a year. Do you think I can apply with this consultancy situation.
2. Can you educate me on disposable income and savings, my salary is close to 350k monthly I have a separate account where I save part of the money. But I want a clear explanation please
4. I have aunties who are UK citizens and they are ready to assist me with accomodations due to the current exchange rate. What documents should they provide. I have gone through the thread what is the meaning of brp
3. Our salary don't usually come on time as consultants, they could pay this month salary 2nd or more week of March. Will it affect my application.
4. For a lady who is currently separated and going through a divorce but has joint custody of her kids two teenage boys will her application be successful knowing that I don't have a strong family tie apart from my children who are in Nigeria.
I will appreciate your response on this issues raised. Thank so much for the work you do.
🙏
