@frankrobbn1 please I am new here and I have read the whole thread and I needed clarification on submission of passport. I got my PPR this week. I know Abuja VAC is open, my question is, can I DHL my passport over there?

The Accra VAC has responded with the list of documents needed for the process. It's completely at your discretion to go ahead or wait until the VAC in Nigeria reopens. I have said it earlier on this thread, I know three (3) persons who used his route to submit their passports and have gotten it stamped and returned back to them. Thus I decided to share the information with you guys.
