The constitution places an embargo of ages of those to contest Nigerian presidency. That age restriction has been there for years. But the Senate president in his foresight to bring youths into governance passed a bill that removed such age limitations and sent the bill to the president but the president has postponed it till 2023. How is that Saraki's fault?
