Only Cat A applicants are partially eligible to get an appointment in Abuja, if the applicant reside around Abuja and its environ. There is a box to tick /fill to indicate this, if you're lucky enough you may get an appointment in Abuja

That's for upkeep and the rest. Would have made Hertie my first choice but it seems to be a very competitive uni.

True but it's a scholarship so tuition shouldn't matter. The scholarship holders are exempt from paying tuition
