Did you have submitted with your marriage certificate and photocopy of his Passport becos it should be free and takes only 2 weeks.
Tell your man to send an email to them and issue that he will report them to EU commission.
What type of Visa did you apply?

Visiting Visa or family Visa?
All the above has been done, and nothing forthcoming. Rather was told such applications are now treated in Dublin, so my application has been transferred there and I confirmed with Dublin that it's with them.
I applied for C-visa as family of an eu citizen.
Do u know anyone who has done this recently and got the visa within 2weeks ?

Where is your spouse from?
Then I can know what to tell you?
If he is British then you can use not only Ireland but other EU countries to enter.
He is British. I have made an application since March and I am yet to get a decision.

Okay. If you are interested in ireland, it could be a little tricky if you have been refused UK visa in the past. But you can try and pray toward it. First the application is completed online at the INIS website. Your partner must be living in Ireland on willing to move to Ireland with you. You will need the following documents to submit with your application at VAC centre at Lekki:

1. Marriage certificate
2. Wedding photos
3. Cover letter from your partner
4. Cover letter from you
5. Copy of British partner passport showing data page
6. Coloured copy of your passport (all pages)
7. Completed Questionnaire
8. Passport photo (2)

The application is free, but you will be required to pay service charge of about N24000. You can PM me for more details.

I sent u an email. Pls check. Thx

Good day all.
Plz can someone tell me how soon I will get my visa application" decision made" after a mail from Sheffield that my application wasn't straight forward and so decision cannot be made within the 15working days. It's a week today I got that mail n I haven't heard anything from them still. I applied in November n was refused, Was refused cos the eco wasn't convinced I have enough money for the trip though I have a sponsor. And wasn't convinced my business is active.so I reapplied again first week in January adding more supporting documents. But got the not straightforward mail. Plz how much longer will it take them to make a decision. The wait is draining. Thx a bunch as I look forward to read a reply soonest
