I am a Nigerian and my husband is American, we have been married for a year now and we live and work in Nigeria. In the nearest future we plan to apply for immigrant visa, at the moment we do not have an urgent need fir it. Do i stand a chance of getting a visitor's visa as the rest of the family would like to meet me this winter break? We only plan to stay for three weeks. Thank you.
