Despite the pressures and severity of the aggression, and fierce negotiations, and attempts by the enemy to intensify their aggression and fire during the rounds of negotiations, particularly at critical moments, we remained steadfast with the resilience of our people and the valor of our resistance, setting red lines that could not be compromised or relinquished.

This approval stems from the movement's responsibility towards our people in the Gaza Strip, our deep commitment to their interests, rights, principles, and sacrifices, and positively responding to the role of mediators in achieving this agreement.

Throughout these negotiations, the movement displayed a positive and responsible spirit, and attempted to overcome all obstacles that hindered reaching a satisfactory agreement. This included ensuring the rights of the Palestinian people, a complete cessation of aggression, withdrawal from all areas of the Gaza Strip, the unconditional return of displaced people to their homes and areas, and enforcing reconstruction and relief for our people, leading to a serious prisoner exchange deal.

We express our deep appreciation and thanks to the mediator brothers in Cairo and Doha, who exerted continuous and strenuous efforts to reach this agreement.

This agreement in its terms and conditions secures the main issues of our people's and resistance's demands for a permanent cessation of the aggression, complete withdrawal of the occupation from the Gaza Strip, the free return of the displaced, relief, reconstruction, ending the siege, and achieving a genuine and serious prisoner exchange.

This agreement has achieved coherence in the continuous implementation of its three, cutting off the path for the occupation, which wanted to complete one phase, secure the release of its prisoners from the resistance, and then resume its aggression against the Gaza Strip, a maneuver wholly rejected by the movement.

This agreement, which the movement has agreed to, represents the minimum that meets the demands of our people and our resistance; the movement dealt with the mediators' proposal with high flexibility and made calculated concessions within this minimum, which cannot be compromised in any way.

We have received confirmations and assurances from the mediators, upon agreeing to their proposal, that they will play a role in completing all stages of the agreement, pressuring the occupation to adhere to its terms and implement them, and not to delay or evade them. These confirmations and assurances were reiterated after announcing our agreement to their proposal.

Throughout all stages of this agreement, the movement was in constant and intense consultation with the brothers in the resistance factions, including the Secretary-General of the Islamic Jihad Movement, the fighting brother Ziyad Al-Nakhaleh, the Deputy Secretary-General of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, comrade Jamil Mezher, and all Palestinian resistance factions in the Gaza Strip.

This agreement represents a national consensus among all resistance forces, embodying a unified body, stance, and vision in the battlefield and in the political and negotiation arenas, genuinely reflecting the aspirations and legitimate rights of our people.

The leadership of the movement directing its negotiation delegation from Doha to Cairo, where they have now arrived, signifies the seriousness of our position in cooperatively working with the mediators, and in finalizing and accomplishing an agreement to halt the aggression. We are committed to moving forward positively at every agreed-upon stage.

The movement’s acceptance of the mediators' proposal, in contrast to the fascist behavior of Netanyahu's government and their attempts to evade reaching an agreement, places the American administration, which has baselessly accused the movement of being an obstacle to the agreement, before a clear mandate: to abandon its bias towards the zionist war criminals, to stop partnering in the crime of genocide, and to start pressing them to cease their aggression and genocide against unarmed civilians, and to stop the planned crime in the city of Rafah and their attempts to execute it.

The frivolous maneuvers of the criminal Netanyahu, through attempts to evade the obligations of the agreement via his aggressive war against our people following his personal political agenda, are apparent to everyone. At the same time, these maneuvers cannot push us to concede any rights of our people or their legitimate demands.

We emphasize that the ball is now primarily in Netanyahu's and his extremist government's court, and their behavior after our movement's approval reflects Netanyahu's determination to thwart all mediators' efforts, including those of the American administration. He does not care about the lives of his soldiers held by the resistance, who face daily threats from his army's shells and missiles due to Netanyahu's criminal policies.

Secondly, the ball is in the American administration's court, which must prove its seriousness and credibility in forcing the terrorist Netanyahu's government to implement the agreement.

We condemn in the strongest terms the ongoing murders committed by the "israeli" army against our Palestinian people. The aggression on Rafah means genocide.

Gaza is experiencing an unprecedented health disaster.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported that Gaza is witnessing a global unprecedented health disaster due to the ongoing aggression by the "israeli" occupation for seven months.

The Ministry urged the international community and international health and humanitarian organizations to intensify pressure on the occupation authorities to stop the aggression and save the lives of millions of citizens who have fled their homes escaping from death and deliberate "israeli" targeting.

The Ministry of Health warned of a genocide that could occur if the occupation forces carry out their aggressive threats to invade the Rafah governorate, where more than 1.2 million citizens have taken refuge to escape the bombing. As a result of the aggression, 496 health workers were martyred, 309 staff were detained, and more than 1,500 were injured. The aggression also destroyed main treatment centers that were receiving cases from other hospitals and governorates.

The Ministry added, "The aggression of the 'israeli' occupation has led to the collapse of the health system in the Strip, depriving patients and the injured of necessary treatment, and leading to many deaths due to the lack of equipment, medicine, medical supplies, food, the low number of staff, the spread of diseases, and preventing them from receiving treatment outside the Strip."

With the worsening health crisis in the Strip, 31 citizens have died due to malnutrition and dehydration, most of them children, while several cases of death were recorded among kidney dialysis patients. Cancer and kidney patients and pregnant women are suffering from catastrophic health conditions.

The statement added, "The occupancy rate of beds reached about 250% in some hospitals that remained partially operational, and health staff are currently suffering from the large burden due to the large number of patients and injured."

With the "israeli" aggression entering its seventh continuous month, the number of martyrs in the Gaza Strip has exceeded 34,650, with about 78,000 injured, while the number of missing exceeds 10,000.

We have documented mass and random graves since the first mass grave was established in Al-Shifa Complex on October 15, 2023, with the total number increasing to over 140, some containing hundreds of bodies.

Thousands of homes in multi-story buildings have also become mass graves for their inhabitants due to the continued inability to extract them, either due to a lack of technical capabilities to remove rubble or because these buildings are in areas experiencing "israeli" military operations.

Our estimates indicate that there are more than 13,000 Palestinians missing under the rubble, or martyred in random mass graves, or forcibly disappeared in "israeli" prisons and detention centers, some of whom were killed inside.

30 IOF officers, including generals and senior Shin Bet officers, are being held in Gaza, a leadership source in Hamas told Al-Arabi Al-Jadeed.

A little-discussed detail in the Lavender AI article is that Israel is killing people based on being in the same Whatsapp group as a suspected militant. Where are they getting this data? Is WhatsApp sharing it?

Lavender is Israel's system of "pre-crime" - they use AI to guess who to kill in Gaza, and then bomb them when they're at home, along with their entire family. (Obscenely, they call this program "Where's Daddy".

One input to the AI is whether you're in a WhatsApp group with a suspected member of Hamas. There's a lot wrong with this - I'm in plenty of WhatsApp groups with strangers, neighbours, and in the carnage in Gaza you bet people are making groups to connect.

But the part I want to focus on is whether they get this information from Meta. Meta has been promoting WhatsApp as a "private" social network, including "end-to-end" encryption of messages.

Providing this data as input for Lavender undermines their claim that WhatsApp is a private messaging app. It is beyond obscene and makes Meta complicit in Israel's killings of "pre-crime" targets and their families, in violation of International Humanitarian Law and Meta's publicly stated commitment to human rights. No social network should be providing this sort of information about its users to countries engaging in "pre-crime".

It's important to note that already Meta is taking extensive part in the Israeli-led and US-backed genocide, including significant and well-reported suppression of content supporting Palestinian freedom, as well a new anti-"anti-zionist" policy that is used to shut down dissent of Israel's crimes.

Why is Meta doing this? Why is Meta so happy to share metadata about group membership with Israel – a run-around the idea of a "private" social network – and to be complicit in the genocide?

Let's look at their leadership, in particular the three most senior leaders who have close ties to Israel.

Their Chief Information Security Officer, Guy Rosen, is their most senior policy decision maker. He is Israeli, lives in Tel Aviv, and was in the Israeli military in Unit 8200. Unit 8200 is the Israeli NSA and is the department that built and runs Lavender. Insiders tell me that Rosen is the person most associated with the anti-"anti-zionism" policies, and is also responsible for the suppression of Palestinian content.

Mark Zuckerberg, Meta founder and CEO has also been a significant supporter of Israel's propaganda. Zuckerberg gave $125k to Zaka, one of the groups that created and continues to spread much of the original Oct 7 false atrocity propaganda, including the discredited "Oct 7 mass rape" hoax.

Meanwhile former COO and current Meta board member, Sheryl Sandberg, has been on tour spreading the same discredited propaganda. Claiming her advocacy is for victims of sexual violence, she somehow ignores the long history of Israeli rape of Palestinians, especially in Israeli jails, where thousands of prisoners are held on "administrative detention" for months without trial or legal representation. Combined, these demonstrate that Sandberg's tour is about spreading Israeli propaganda which has been used to kill over 33,000 Palestinians, and is not about protecting women.

This allyship with Israel from the most senior parts of Meta's governance – CISO, CEO, and board member – sheds light on why Israel's military is able to get this information from WhatsApp, a supposedly "private" app.

Questions for Meta
To ensure that the world can trust WhatsApps claims of privacy and safety, Meta must answer the following questions:

• Did Meta provide information (including inputs or training data) used by Lavender, Gospel, or Where's Daddy to the Israeli government?
• How will Meta prevent private information being used by governments to kill WhatsApp users and their families?
• Does Meta believe that Israel's actions towards civilians in Gaza and with Lavender comply Meta's Human Rights Policy?
• If not, why has Meta not revoked all access to the Israeli government that may put civilians at risk?
• Why has Meta not released their transparency report for the 2nd half of 2023?
• What was the level of knowledge of WhatsApp metadata sharing with the Israeli government, including whether it was to be used for military purposes, among Meta leadership, including CEO Mark Zuckerberg and CISO Guy Rosen?
• Will Meta immediately rescind access to any WhatsApp information from the Israeli government, army, and law enforcement?

Without answering these questions, it seems impossible to take seriously any claim that WhatsApp is a private messaging application.

After several days of government teams working to locate the bodies of martyrs hidden by the occupation army in the corners of Al-Shifa Medical Complex and under its rubble and debris, the teams managed to recover 30 martyrs buried in two graves, one in front of the emergency department and the other in front of the kidney department.

12 martyrs' bodies were identified, while the rest remain unidentified. The occupation army deliberately hid and deeply buried the bodies in the sand, covering them with waste. Some of the bodies found were of women, elderly, and also wounded individuals, with some having their hands tied and stripped of their clothes, indicating that they were executed in cold blood.

The fate of about 1,000 citizens, medical staff, and journalists who were in the Complex at the moment of the occupation army's raid remains unknown, with no information on whether they were arrested, killed, or their bodies hidden elsewhere.

The heinous and despicable crime committed by the occupation army in storming and completely destroying the largest medical Complex in Palestine, known as the most horrific massacre in history against a medical complex by bombing, burning, and bulldozing it, is part of its war that destroys all elements of life and means of survival within the Gaza Strip.

This crime is no less than its other crime of killing patients, the wounded, doctors, and displaced people, and forcibly deporting and arresting them to the south.

Al-Shifa Medical Complex was the last health refuge for more than 700,000 citizens in northern Gaza and was a lifeline for hundreds of severe injuries resulting from the ongoing "israeli" genocide, meaning that northern Gaza is now without any real health service amidst the limited capacity and poor resources of the Arab Community Hospital.

This catastrophic health situation urgently requires the establishment of field hospitals in the governorates of Gaza and the North, and swift action to rectify the destruction inflicted on the health infrastructure in northern Gaza Strip, and to supply the health sector with all the necessary needs to perform its duty.

On the other hand, we call on the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court to investigate this massacre committed by the occupation army at Al-Shifa Complex, in all its details, whether against the complex or against the citizens, displaced persons, medical and journalistic staff.

Many of our people moved to confront the aggression with sincerity, dedication, steadfastness, and bravery, and behind them were their families who remained patient.

Thousands of martyrs, wounded, and prisoners wrote heroics and epics of sacrifice and redemption that will remain in history, and a school for generations.

At the forefront of the embodiment of steadfastness are those who are on all battlefronts with constant attention and patience to prevent any enemy penetration or advance.

General cohesion was the most prominent symbol of the state of our society, especially with the oppressive and suffocating siege.

The aggression against our country, from its first moment, was treacherous, without precedent, without justification, without premise and brutal, criminal, and with dangerous goals.

The aggression against our country was under American supervision and within the framework of an American-“israeli”-British plan by the coalition.

The aggression against our country came within the framework of a comprehensive plan in the region to rearrange its situation under the leadership of the “israeli” enemy, and eliminate the Palestinian cause.

It became clear that the aggression's inevitable failure to achieve its goals of complete occupation of our country and total control over our people.

The number of killed and wounded from all formations of the coalition of aggression and mercenaries reached 282,879. The enemies' losses in vehicles and equipment amounted to 18,397.

Air defense operations reached 4,585, during which 165 war and reconnaissance planes were shot down. Naval and coastal defense operations amounted to 38, which were very significant in deterring the enemy.

Why have the zionists renewed their assault on Al-Shifa?

In mid-November, in the midst of its clumsy and failed invasion of the northern #Gaza Strip, the IOF sought out an easy, unarmed and humanitarian target, claiming “victory over a hospital” following its siege and assault on Al-Shifa Medical Complex.

In the days that followed, the zionist propaganda machine published a series of videos, all proven to be staged, falsely claiming that the resistance had been operating out of the hospital. The “tunnels” shown turned out to be maintenance access points and wells. The weapons “found” were proven to be planted by zionist operatives following the assault. The act of barbarism they had perpetrated drew global ire and held no strategic significance.

Just hours ago, Al-Qassam Brigades revealed the details of a complex intelligence operation: The resistance identified the IOF officer responsible for the siege and assault on Al-Shifa Medical Complex, tracked his movement in the Gaza Strip, and liquidated him by way of a locally-made Ghoul sniper rifle. Not only was the assault against the hospital an abject failure in dismantling the resistance, but it demonstrated the resilience of the Palestinian resistance, its complexity, and its ability to extract a human toll from those who perpetrate war crimes.

Now, the IOF recycles the same tired tactics of fabricated “intelligence” and justifications which the world at large no longer buys. As it advances once again on Al-Shifa, it will again emerge empty-handed, and with fewer soldiers than it had prior to the operation. While the occupation makes the same mistakes expecting a new outcome, the resistance continues to innovate and achieve its mission of making Gaza a graveyard for invaders.

We condemn in the strongest terms the ongoing targeting of hospitals by the occupation forces, aiming at destroying the healthcare sector, with the latest incident being the attack on Al-Shifa Medical Complex at dawn today.

The targeting of hospitals is a continuation of the genocide being waged by the occupation against the Palestinian people and a blatant violation of all international laws and conventions. The objective is clear: to eliminate any chance for the wounded and sick to survive and receive treatment, and there is no clearer evidence than the thousands denied travel for medical care and pursued even within hospitals.

We affirm that the occupation's narratives and false claims are lies. The hospitals are civilian health institutions that have not engaged in any activities contrary to their functions and missions as defined by international and humanitarian law.

“Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor:
The occupation army systematically targeted dozens of programmers, information technology experts, and employees in this vital sector, in addition to destroying their companies' headquarters as part of the genocide in Gaza.

The occupation army targeted and killed the minds and experts, especially those proficient in information technology, programming, computer engineering, and influencers in these vital fields, just like other elites in the local community such as doctors, academics, and others.

Euro-Med documented a list that included several information technology experts, including programming and artificial intelligence, who were martyred as a result of the "israeli" military attacks that targeted their locations in various places in the sector.

The Euro-Mediterranean's documentation included the assassination of the prominent programming engineer "Haitham Mohammed Al-Nabahin," who was considered one of the most skilled experts in his field in the sector. The list also included Mohammed Al-Attal, who passed on October 26, Hamza Al-Shami on November 2, and Obaida Khater on December 20, Anas Al-Sheikh on December 9, and Abdel Rahman Hamada on March 15, in addition to a group of other young programmers, including Rami Al-Sousi, Abdel Hameed Al-Fiomi, Bilal Zaqout, Ahmed Nidal Qadoura, the engineer Mohammed Hasouna, and others.

The crimes committed by "israel" through targeting and killing Palestinian talents and elites, and the widespread and deliberate destruction of companies and infrastructure, aim to hinder the development of the Palestinian society in Gaza in general and undermine its scientific, educational, and economic systems.

The crimes committed by "israel" aim to deprive vital sectors of the Palestinian society of specialized and distinguished personnel, which are difficult to replace in the short term, in addition to creating a state of panic and coercion among the remaining talents, which might push them to migrate.
