The operations were concentrated in the infiltration areas in the south and north of the Gaza Strip, which we announce from time to time and broadcast some of the documented scenes by the grace of Allah Almighty and His support.

Amid the occasional news of progress, breakthrough, or setback in the ceasefire negotiations file, it has become clear that the criminal enemy government uses deception and evasion, characterized by confusion and disarray.

While we have engaged positively and continue to do so with the mediators, our utmost and foremost priority for accomplishing a prisoner exchange is the commitment to completely stop the aggression against our people, which entails the enemy's withdrawal, in addition to our people's enhancement and the return of its displaced and reconstruction.

These fundamental and humanitarian issues are non-negotiable, and our people and resistance do not benefit from or care about any proposals that do not include these humanitarian axioms. Nothing is prioritized over healing the wounds of our people, who are facing genocide due to their adherence to their rights and defense of their land and sanctities.

The American administration's lament over a limited number of the enemy's prisoners, in the face of its ignoring the massacres and genocide and the holocaust that our people are subjected to, in addition to ignoring thousands of prisoners from our people, confirms the double standards of this administration and those in its orbit, and their disregard for neither human rights nor so-called international law.

The sick mentality of zionist terrorism, starvation, displacement, killing, destruction, terrorizing, burning libraries, destroying historical artifacts, infrastructure, and civil institutions, is fully implemented by the enemy's army, committing horrific crimes that rival what is known as the Nazi holocaust.

Indeed, the horror has surpassed the Nazis to a new level with a deliberate starvation war where the world witnesses fathers killed while seeking sustenance for their children, children being starved and killed by hunger and disease in an unprecedented war crime. If the families of these prisoners are concerned about their lives, let them know that their government and their war council are playing with the lives of their children and insist on receiving them in coffins. The ball is in their court to save those who can be saved from them.

O our people, our great nation, our capital, and the crown of our heads, greetings to you from your sons on the front lines and in the battle sites, whom you have sent for Allah and in the cause of Allah. They fought for the honor of this land with their blood and jihad.

Greetings to the souls of our righteous, pure martyrs who wash away the disgrace of a helpless nation with their blood, and greetings to our heroic wounded who bear pain and injuries that testify to the heroism of a generous great nation, and to our free prisoners languishing in the dens of lions, offering the flower of their youth for Allah and the homeland. We are at the doors of the blessed month of Ramadan, and with this Nazi aggression against our people continuing for the 151st day, despite the scale of killing, massacres, and genocide, and the pain of displacement, hunger, and thirst, this Nazi enemy has not achieved any of its aggressive goals.

The image of the erosion of the defeated entity and its war pillars internally is increasingly deteriorating and growing, while the image of our people's steadfastness, patience, strength, and the bravery of our resistance is firm, rooted, and determined to be victorious.

We send our greetings, pride, and honor to our people in the Gaza Strip, who continue their legendary epic of patience and sacrifice. We also send peace and greetings to the victorious Al-Qassam Brigades, the fighting Saraya Al-Quds, and the men of the Palestinian resistance on the land of Gaza of glory, who continue with all strength, capability, will, and determination to forge a legacy of glory for our people and our nation.

The movement has worked seriously and persistently to reach an agreement to stop the aggression, intensify the entry of aid and relief, and return our people to the areas they were displaced from, especially in the north, and for the complete withdrawal of the occupation from the Gaza Strip.

Over the past two days, the movement's vision and stance on the proposal presented to us by our Egyptian and Qatari mediator brothers at the end of last week have been submitted. We affirmed our conditions for a ceasefire, complete withdrawal from the Strip, return of the displaced to their areas, especially to the north, and provision of adequate aid, relief, and reconstruction.

We dealt with the proposals of our brothers in Egypt and Qatar with a high spirit of positivity and flexibility at all stages of the negotiations. However, Netanyahu continues to evade and shirk his responsibilities before his public, for personal political calculations, revealing his fear and terror of his political future and the post-war stage.

We reaffirm that we will not allow the negotiation process to be open-ended with the continuation of the aggression and the war of starvation against our people, nor to serve as a cover for the continuation of more crimes against unarmed civilians, or to buy time to proceed with the genocide against our Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.

Any prisoner exchange will not take place before securing all the conditions of the resistance, and negotiations will not continue without a prospect.

The occupation at the Al-Nablusi roundabout, which claimed 118 martyrs and hundreds of wounded, who gathered at dawn in anticipation of securing sustenance for hungry children, only to be shot down by the bullets and shells of the Nazi occupation army's vehicles, in a savage crime that is shamefully horrific, followed by a brazen zionist narrative of what happened, disclaiming the crime with utmost arrogance and disdain.

The aid that has been airdropped from several countries is appreciated, but it only meets a tiny fraction of the needs of the people amid the catastrophe in Gaza.

We call on all countries and governments that support the rights of our people and their just cause to find more effective ways to deliver aid, emphasizing the need to open the crossings for its entry by land, to ensure its safe and orderly arrival to its beneficiaries, and to maintain the dignity of Palestinian citizens, with a focus on delivering it to the north where famine is worsening.

The U.S. administration and President Biden personally remain a full partner with the zionist occupation in the genocide our people in the Gaza Strip are subjected to, bearing political, legal, moral, and humanitarian responsibility for the outcomes and repercussions of this aggression. The Palestinian factions gathered in the city of Moscow express their gratitude and appreciation to the Russian leadership for hosting their meetings and for its supportive stance on the Palestinian cause.

Amidst the zionist criminal aggression our people are facing, the factions highlighted the constructive and positive spirit that prevailed during the meeting. They agreed that their meetings would continue in future dialogue rounds to achieve comprehensive national unity that encompasses all Palestinian forces and factions within the framework of the Palestine Liberation Organization, the sole and legitimate representative of the Palestinian people.

The factions affirmed their agreement on the urgent tasks facing the Palestinian people and their united efforts to achieve them, including:

We call on the World Food Programme and all UN agencies, including UNRWA, not to submit to the will and measures imposed deliberately by the occupation, to announce the immediate resumption of operations in the north of the Gaza Strip, and to take serious and effective steps to relieve our people and address the expanding threat of famine, in commitment to their legal and humanitarian responsibilities.

In a report issued by human rights experts from the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, it was confirmed that Palestinian women and girls have been systematically assaulted by the occupation army since the beginning of the zionist aggression on our people in Gaza and the occupied West Bank starting October 7.

The report highlighted a long series of these assaults and violations, such as arbitrary executions along with their families and children, killings despite white flags being raised, arbitrary detention, inhumane treatment of women, and sexual assault like stripping of clothes and body searches by male officers of the occupation army.
