@ poster, you are very biased. Why didn't you post pictures of post-card areas of Abuja or Lekki or Victoria or Ikoyi in Lagos. I admit our leaders ruined Nigeria with corruption but Nigeria's population is many times over that of Qatar! It costs far more to develop a big country with such large population like Nigeria than Qatar which is smaller than Lagos! A fair comparison will be between Qatar and Kuwait, since both are city-states!
