Correction: for 3g network menu above, i meant 3g service menu

Cant activate 3g on p5. Got new tecno p5 today. I noticed that the baseband version (2014/07/23) is more recent than thats of my friend's which was bought months ago, and so is some part of the interface of which the most to be concerned in mine is the settings>more>mobile networks>network mode, which is gray in colour (i.e not selectable). On that of my friend's, to enable 3g: settings>more>mobile networks>3g network, and then select sim 1 or 2. Please does any one know how to make the network mode menu active in my new p5? I need quick answer. Mine does not have 3g network menu, so i believe network mode should be the menu for 3g activation.

Is it allowed to redeploy from a state of stream 2 to a state of stream 1? For example from Bauchi to Delta state, since stream 1 resumes one month earlier. Considering registration, community development service attendance and others. Will they be pardoned. Please reply soon.
