Politics / "He Died Like A Dog" Trump Announces Death Of ISIS Leader Abu Bakr Al-baghdadi. by MarleyJ: 7:53am On Oct 28, 2019
President Trump had a fifty minute TV appearance on Sunday to announce the successful mission with a solemn declaration

President Trump, announcing the demise of ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, portrayed him as biting the dust "in a vicious and violent way, as a coward, running and crying.”
“He died like a dog, he died like a coward,” Trump said in a discourse to the country Sunday morning.
The ISIS chief's passing arrived in an effective and successful U.S. military operation in northwest Syria Saturday night that took about two hours.
The Islamic State leader detonated an explosive vest as U.S. special Forces raged his compound in the Idrib Province. Trump said he was killed whimpering at the back of a dead-end tunnel.

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Re: Manchester United vs Arsenal (1 - 1) On 30th September 2019 by MarleyJ: 5:37pm On Sep 30, 2019
Omooba77:
Watch out.
Michael Owen can't separate Manchester United and Arsenal and reckons they'll share the spoils on Monday night.

United play host to the Gunners at Old Trafford looking to get back to winning ways in the Premier League following defeat by West Ham.

Arsenal came from behind to beat Aston Villa last time out in the league and Unai Emery will be looking for his side to go on a run to keep up with their top four rivals.

Owen thinks both sides will score on Monday night, given Arsenal's firepower up top but also the holes in their defence.

And reckons the two Premier League titans will share the spoils.

Man Utd team go out for team bonding meal but Paul Pogba is among the stars who miss out
"After their loss at West Ham on Sunday, Manchester United have now lost seven of their last 15 games in the Premier League – as many as they had in their previous 40 games in the competition," wrote Owen in his Bet Victor blog.

"Arsenal continue to frustrate and excite in equal measure, but they came from behind twice to beat Aston Villa on Sunday and they were a man light for the whole of the second period.

ARSENAL continued a good week with a thumping 5-0 win at home to Nottingham Forest.

Gabriel Martinelli was the star of the show with a double while Rob Holding, Joe Willock and Reiss Nelson got on the scoresheet - but there will be concerns over Emile Smith Rowe after he was stretchered off before half time.
CHARLIE NICHOLAS reckons Arsenal will beat Manchester United on Monday night.

The ex-Liverpool star told Sky Sports: “Man United will try to dominate the midfield with aggression, with Scott McTominay and Paul Pogba.

“[Pierre-Emerick] Aubameyang and [Nicolas] Pepe had chances against Liverpool at Anfield and if they get these chances against Man United, I think they will take them.

“It will make life easier for Arsenal's defence with Man United's depleted frontline.”
"United kept a clean sheet against Leicester City in their last home league game, but I would be surprised if the Gunners did not find the back of David de Gea's net in what promises to be a fascinating game between two clubs desperate to return to the automatic Champions League places this term.

Solskjaer hints at Greenwood role
"Unai Emery will have been delighted by the return from long term injury of Rob Holding and Hector Bellerin in the midweek 5-0 League Cup success over Nottingham Forest.

"Add the impressive belated debut of summer signing Kieran Tierney and two goals from Brazilian teenage striker Gabriel Martinelli, and the suggestion is that the Gunners' boss is going to have one or two difficult, but welcome, selection decisions to make in the weeks and months to come."
Greenwood has stepped up to the plate in recent matches, netting United’s only goals in their last three games.

And Solskjaer says he has no qualms about facing Arsenal with Greenwood - whole he rates as the best finisher at the club - at the head of his attack.

“He’s proven when he’s been on the pitch, Astana and Rochdale, when you get him in the box he’s dangerous,” said the United boss.

"What’s pleased me about him is he doesn’t turn down chances to finish when you’re not 18 yet and you keep trusting yourself.
hmm am just waiting for kicks off
