Nope. If you received collection mail after 2pm, I would advise you go for collection next day. On the day of my biometric, they refused to attend to a lady who got there few minutes to 3pm.

Someone told me that passport collection stops before 3pm at Ikeja TLS. So if you want to go for collection, ensure you're there before 3pm

The first email you got from the UKVI after registering your email address, there’s a link attached to the email. That’s the link I do click on whenever I want to check the status. It will direct you to your application portal, then you can click on provide documents button. The click on track button. It will redirect you to TLS website.
I think that’s the way to go about it. I stand to be corrected.
