Hello Gurus, I need help in my application. I have had three scheghen visa rejection (let me start with the bad part) and I applied for buisness visas cause I was going got conferences and off site meetings Now, there is another off site meeting I am to attend for first week of October. I was asked by my company to look for an agent and start the process early. The first agent I contacted balled on me I don't know what to do and I am soliciting for help here. It's really going to be sad that I can't travel to see my work mates for once I am trying to gather my documents so I can submit an application by July So far I need a list of ideas of possible documents I need to submit to add to these I have already My Bank statement My Payslips Pension Invitation letter from my company Confirmation letter/ Employee agreement Appointment letter Employees Directory Certificates relating to my occupation Cover letter with travel itinerary explaining purpose of my trip Letter explaining the previous rejection Travel Medical Insurance policy Proof of Hotel reservation My Flight Reservation Also something to note my company makes use of Deel Nigeria to hire me. So Deel is like a third party that handles my salary payment, contract etc. So my contract, pay slips, confirmation letter has Deel in it A quick question regarding to this: Do I have to bring a letter that explains my company relationship with Deel. |

Yes they are sponsoring the trip, and they intend to write another invitation letter. I am going through the responses so I can make a list of the things needed on the invitation and send it to them Thank you very much author=Beverlyhills post=110866897]Been Single isn't a Criteria for visa rejection. Remote jobs have their Pros and Cons. In this scenario, the notion you can work efficiently from anywhere has to be overcomed considering you have no travel history even though in some cases can be overlooked. If your Company can do a Guarantee that you will definitely return after the offsite meeting then you stand a better chance. They may ask why you cant Zoom in for this meeting. Again this depends on your Capacity and your Level. Its all in the Hands of the Employers in France to do the needful with a strong worded Letter sighting the utmost need for your presence. Evidence of official Correspondences Are they sponsoring the trip? Was the first form properly filled ? quote author=Marybeth262728 post=110866420]@Beverlyhills I have sent this reply to my company. They will modify the invitation letter and send a letter to the embassy as well on my behalf. Is there anything else aside this i can use to aid my application. Hi Marybeth, Its One Pointer 1. Your Company is in France and you work remotely- the Visa officer has unanswered questions as to why you can work remotely but need to be physically present to engage in an Offsite meeting. This is the Doubt he or she has. In this invitation letter, what was written? Duration of this offsite meeting and why your physical presence is of utmost importance to your growth as well as the company? Was a copy of this Invitation letter sent to the Embassy as well as OR its just the copy they sent you? Your Company should also guarantee that after this offsite meeting you will definitely return back to Nigeria . [/quote] |
