Hello, I was awarded a ptdf scholarship to study in France. This award came in late this I think it’s too late for a September admission (Fall). Please what universities can I apply to for a spring admission (Sping, 2022). And can I be linked with an admission personnel or any person that knows the fence educational system. Thanks a lot. |
