this depends on the location of your property.local govt in each states are divided in to zones for easy management.
lagos state as a case study
1. zone A - high prime area : locations in eti osa and lagos island L.G
2. zone b - medium prime area : ikeja, kosofe, mushin, surulere, apapa, mainland.
3. zone c - low prime area : alimosho , ifako ijaiye,osodi isolo, amuwo, ikrorodu.
