In as much as I know landlords and almost everybody in Nigeria is wicked, no landlord will do this because of 3,500 even if u owe him 3 to 6 months the worst case is quit notice and there are procedures to these things even in a lawless country like Nigeria.

Authority (LASTMA) today arrested three notorious 'one chance' armed robbers by Jubilee Bridge around Able-Egba area of Lagos.
In a press statement issued, the Director, Public Affairs and Enlightenment Department of LASTMA Adebayo Taofiq, confirmed that the suspects were arrested by LASTMA personnel alongside with their operational vehicle a painted 'T4' commercial bus (APP 406 YE) at U-turn area of Abule-Egba.
"Immediately they were arrested, one of them escaped with a P.O.S machine before the arrival of the Police men.
Preliminary investigations revealed that they were notorious 'one-chance' armed robbers terrorizing the entire Abule-Egba and its environs. Investigation further revealed that they were being chased by members of the public after they noticed that a man was pushed down from their vehicle after robbing him of his valuables. They drove recklessly in order to evade arrest before they were eventually caught by LASTMA officials controlling and managing traffic around the Abule-Egba axis." Taofiq added that the two suspects were later handed over to Police men from the 'Ile-Epo' Police Division for further investigation.
The General Manager of LASTMA Mr Bakare Oki Olalekan however appealed to members of the public particularly commuters to be very vigilant and stop boarding commercial buses by road side

If you ask me, I think your anger issues stems from frustration and the frustration stems from lack of money and the lack of money stems from Nigeria bad conditions and Nigeria's bad condition stems from the President Tinubu.
In other words, Tinubu is the cause of your anger. Be properly guided.
Mysteriousworld: A younger brother of mine saw a message on his finances phone. She sent a message to a guy on instagram, telling him she likes his lips, so tempting. Now shes claiming its not a big deal, that she doesn't even know the guy, that hes just an instagram model...(its true she doesnt know him,and have never met him). I have listened to a couple of preachers both secular and religious on the issue of what is prime in a relationship and they revolve around these three which are romance,finance and purpose. Some said romance is important, while others finance and yet some others purpose.
Which is more important. I think it's purpose.
