@justwise,johnwray and girlfio, pls i really need ur advice and help this time around, becos am beginning to be more confuse, they said said they still see dat a payment is still due for my Appeal aft my sponsor in Uk have help me to pay for it on 28/06/2013,so they sent a format to me to filled and sent back to them so that they can forward it to the fee investigation team to look into it,they ask abt the Appellant name,Appeal number,Appeal ref num,the name of the acct holder, the six digit sort code, and the address where the payment was made in uk,all this i wrote out and sent to them,so they mail me back dat my mail has been forwarded to the fee investigation team to dealth with accordingly.so as girlfio advice dat i should give them a call,i did today, they ask aft my name and date of birth and my appeal num,but what suprise me most is dat they mail this Afternoon, is that Rs department of the tribunal said they can not see any appeal with the information given on their database.so they also sent me format i should send to them, which i already did, they ask me to sent this, Appellant full name,Appellan date of birth, date of refusal, date appeal was sent,,the address Appeal was sent, also dat if Appeal is Lodgge in Embassy, some one should try to reach them on the progress of the Appeal, but my main concern is dat why will they said they did not see my appeal in their database which they first mail me dat my Appeal was recived without payment dat IA201 has been sent to relevant parties concern on the Appeal with instuctions on hw to paid, they still sent a format on hw to pay for my appeal not more than 02/07/2013,they are the one dat gave me my Appeal num,and my Appeal payment reference number, then why on earth will they say they did not see my Appeal on their database.pls really need ur Advice becos am confused and dont know wat to do next as am still waiting for their next replied.

@Ebeano49,Lamosy,and girlfio,Thanks so much for the enlightment.but what is the difference between IA201 and IA10,becos they wrote in their first mail to me that IA201 has been sent to relevant parties concerning the Appeal on hw the payment should be made.am still having little problem with the Tribunal, they ask me to pay for my Appeal b4 02/07/2013,i was sent the message on 27th of june and my sponsor in uk paid for my Appeal the second day which is 28th of june,i wrote to them dat my sponsor in uk as help me to pay for the Appeal on 28th of june,so they wrote back to me dat they will need up to 10days for the payment to clear into their system, aft that 10days i wrote to them dat am still waiting for their reply, they mail back again that they still see dat a fee is still due for the Appeal dat i should send them the format and the name of the acct holder, the name of the bank and address which payment was made, and the sort code.my sponsor make the payment through online Transfer.so i send them all the format and all what they ask of,so they wrote back to me that they have seen my mail and as been forwarded to the fee investigation team to dealth with if accordingly, still waiting for their reply.
