@matadaz,i submitted my passport on the 3rd of october,just collected it yesterday,so u pple should just be patience,they must surely called u pple for ur visa.mine is family visit visa,so if u are in that categorie it takes up to one month and some week b4 collection.@girlfio,i just collected my visa yesterday that is why u have not heard anything from me since,hope u are enjoying the UK,my regard to ur husband.

@justwise,girlfio,johnwray and adetorosey,pls kindly need ur help on this, as Adviced, i email the sheffield office yesterday just to have an update abt my Appeal which the deadline to be reviewed is 29/10/2013 by the original person that refused my application in the first place. So the sheffield office replied me back today, email stated.

Iam unable to give you an update on your Appeal as it is not being processed in sheffield.your application was decided in Lagos,and that is where your Appeal has gone to. My visa categorie is family visit visa and not settlement visa,i think is only settlement visa issues is been handle in sheffield office.pls anybody with the lagos embassy email address and their phone number for me to reach them on for the followup on my appeal. I will really appreciate if i can get dat pls.

We can confirm that the tribunal has received an Appeal and the reference number is quoted above.receipt of payment has been confirmed.

An IA10 (Notice of pending Appeal) was sent to all parties to the Appeal on 12/08/2013,this notice is for information only,as it is for the respondent who originally refused the Application to Action.

The respondent now has until 29/10/2013 to review the Appeal documents that were submitted and decide whether to overtune their original refused decision. After this date the Tribunal will write to all the relevant parties,so that the preparation can be made for an immigration judge to consider the Appeal here in the United Kingdom. So just praying for God's favour. I believe i will receive a positive result in jesus name. I will keep u pple posted if am be called up by the Embassy for visa.i wish everybody with Appeal issue suceess outcome in jesus name.

@jenni1108,i dont think their is any cause for Alarm or fear if u are have been able to tackle the point hold against u by the Eco beyound reasonable dought,they treat an Appeal base on merit and hw best u have been able to confuse them in ur points.and secondly if u are able to meet all what the Eco stated out.dont panic the Lord will finish what he has stated,and u shall be granted visa.all what we all need is the time and patience.

@justwise and matadaz,thanks so much,pls can u pple give me the E-mail Address of the BHC for me to mail them,and pls is it compulsory for them to have send my package to the UKBA without IA10 form send to me?,becos i dont knw the department that mail me yesterday,becos is different department dat have been mailing me with different Ref, the one that mail me yesterday is Ref:RS, the previous one b4 dat read Ref:TM and so on and so forth.i dont know maybe is becos i gave them a call yesterday and they ask aft my name,date of birth,and Appeal num,which i give to them,and they said my last mail have been forwarded to the fee investigation team to search for the payment,so i dont knw maybe is the department i call dat have replied back to me that they did not see an Appeal with dat formation given on their database.
