Sorry to disappoint you, I am just a customer of theirs, but you have your experience & I have mine, mine was good & I am still using them. Would you rather I join the band wagon? Sorry I don't lie. Platinumnk from your chat above you had delays right? so why are up in arms? When I call & they have delays I chill & don't fight them b/cos I have never lost a pin with them. I use Impex b/cos they are much cheaper than Fedex or DHL so I am willing to sacrifice on some delay. Don't trash Impex just use DHL or FedEx period. "Cheap thing no good & good thing no cheap" They have done good by me & I will continue to use them, period.

Boko Haram, I shipped the TV through Impex to your friend were you informed that Impex replaced this LCD TV 2 times, YES 2 TIMES & on both occasions the TVs were broken at the Nigerian airports. The airport authorities removed the wooden cratering during their customs inspection & exposed the TV to damage. Please tell the whole story if you must. I have used other shippers from the USA to Lagos and none would spend over $3,000 on a replacement. email infousa@impexworldwide.com or call their offices. Yes Impex Lagos office needs lots of customer service but Impex still remains the best I have used and I have been shipping goods from the USA for 5yrs now & have gone through 6 or more shipping companies.
