Funny bunch. If there are distinct senate rules every 4 years, how can you use the 2011 rule to establish forgery in 2015? Get the standing rule, then establish your case

The senate rules does not have to be amended every 4 years. The senate rule is a public and institutionalise document operated in the Senate and can only be altered by the Senate and any alteration to it without following the proper procedure is an act of forgery.

This is not the first time he his meeting Auma. He more closer to Auma than any of his paternal relative apart from her there is still Roy, George and three others male.
Go into his book then you will understand the unseperatable bond existing between Auma and Obama. And mind you even Mitchell speaks Obama native language.

In as much I won't like to continue with this argument, since u re a core supporter of the Change mantra and ur brain is already skewed to that; so
is a matter of four years, so u can beat ur chest say ur baba delivered all his change campaign promises; the only thing I can tell u is let's have patience till the four years comes and goes, till then we can categorically compare and contrast these:

Buhari's four years and Gej's five years which is better.

After that same four years compare if there is internal democracy and peace in APC's the ruling party to that of 16yrs of PDP that started having problems last year.

He who wears the shoe knows where it pinches.
Then u can mention me, without fear nor favour; from the two regimes we can then look at the policies that favoured the people which was initiated by them and which regime was far better. Anything else is biased.
So by God's grace till then. have nice day.
yeah time will tell.

Though am tempted to let you wallow in your stewpeedity and ignorance, suffice it to say that Nigeria is not cote de'ivoire and no Nigerian president can be gbagboed except they surrender themselves willingly. Scenario I painted is of a NigeriAn despot isn't it? Who exactly is going to arrest such? Case in point, do you see Mugabe ending up at the Hague anytime soon?

Chew on that ........... Retard!!! angry

Idiot ..... I think As Mugabe commuted any Crime like Gbagbou?. You may say he his a sit tight leader but you must accept that he was vote for. The current Kenya President is still facing trail at the ICC , The Sudanese President is wanted at ICC and he dears not enter Any European Country. I stress DAT Nigeria would have being ravaged if he had refused not to accept the result.
It is obvious that your not aware with contemporary international politics and system or Your mind is too shallow to comprehend these facts.

I pity your generations seeing as you can't grasp realities of international politics, Somehow you think a despotic Nigerian ruler answers to someone undecided

Honestly you are out of sense. I repeat if GEJ refusal of a genuine elections monitored and certified by international observers had ploughed Nigeria in turmoil (despite signing two peace Accord) he will docked at the ICC.
ICC not ICJ ( IN CASE UR DUMB HEAD DOES NOT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE )

Guy forget that thing story dey sha, that said, if u want to tell me that Gej was a bad leader that was why he lost those seats for his party, then u ve not critically looked at it very well. There ve never been such a media propaganda for any election in the history of Nigeria democracy before, the two merger political parties that wants power at all cost, political sabotage and so on ; all these happened in his regime and most importantly pple followed propaganda instead of the truth( even if u don't want PDP,there are much more better political parties than APC to chose from at least we saw them during the debates).
Of course pdp is an old party, the new generation members and the founding fathers are bound to have misunderstanding which can to lead to factions, break ups and loosing of elections. but of course these can't happen without help from the enemy of the party (APC) who wants what u ve, they new there was problem in PDP and capitalized on that to get power, in shot they fuelled part of the problem. But what of Apc when was it formed? when did they regain power? can peace be said to be in Apc right now, even though they re yet to clock two months in office to compare to 16yrs of PDP ?
Will it be bad to say if APC (the change pple abi na the progressives) had hands in whatever that happened to PDP/ Jonathan's regime may they see worst of it, if not back to sender (PDP). that's the law of karma.

The law of equity states that whosever that comes to equity must come with clean hands.

What propaganda? The PDP under GEJ owe Nigerians and an apology for distorting Nigeria's economic and political progress.
They are bunch of political robbers and profiteers. No wonder most former governors who have served u der it from 1999 to 2015 are facing one corruption charges. PDP is gone for good unless their is a shift in ideologies and actors.
Back to GEJ who expected to win an election despite frustrating out 5 serving governors!. Party members decamping in large numbers without making any effort at appeasing them. of course we all saw what all theses cost the party.
As for the "propagandas" PMB only made 4 promises
fight corruption , Electricity, employment of the youths and security. A road map to achieve this was presented just like the one used under OBJ Era (NEEDS) .
I like to ask you to mention 5 Policies taken by GEJ that was impactful to the masses
The media hype. In the other way around media houses values were distorted for a particular candidate. Character and personality defamation was the other of the day. Campaigns from APC was issues based while the PDP resorted to the above because they had nothing what so ever to propagate. Am such by this should be able to discern the issue of "propagation".

NY Candi advise to the PDP first expelled GEJ from the party.

Smh for some Nigerians, so PDP did something good after all, I thought u all said PDP offered absolutely nothing to Nigeriansand Gej was clueless, but low and behold, the one with all the clues in the world is still following the clueless ones footsteps.

May God give Nigerians brains not to swayed by mere propaganda, and hypocritical political parties that will always point finger at others when they much more guilty of the same offence (and of course the rest of the four fingers are pointing at them).

And what became of PDP under GEJ. They lost most state House of Assembly, Gubernatorial, Senatorial and represebtative seats. Under his watch . Is that a a leader? And where are are the founding members of PDP the Ekweames, Atikus, Awoniyis, There were all frustrated out of the party

The $45 billion dollars was the Foreign Reserve, its currently about $30 billion naira currently.

the $2.1 billion was for ECA which they share quarterly amongst the three tiers of Government, even when FG opined to have it saved for days like this in the SWF which of course was created for days when the price for crude will fall below expectations,

You know what the governors did, they took the FG to court, insisting that they can't save when they've not fixed infrastructural problems bedevilling their states.

It was even out of strong head that FG managed to save $1 billion in the SWF, please leave GEJ out of this, the governors are the architect of whatever problem we are witnessing, Buhari has fallen for the first bait of rewarding reckless state governors with bailouts, he'll fall some more, by the time he realises it, they'll have already made him a foot mat.

noooo. 45 BILLON DOLLARS WAS WHAT IN TGE ECA ACCOUNT AS AT 2010. HOW COME THE MONEY WAS DEPLETED TO 2.1 BILLION DOLLARS AT THE EXIT OF THE ADMINISTRATION?. CRUDE OILL SOLD AT ITS PEAK (OVER 120 DOLLARS) YET NOT A SINGLE PENNY WAS ADDED TO THE ACCOUNT. The so called soveign wealth fund is less than 10 billion dollars.

Am equally wondering.

You lots are usually very unintelligent and utterly lacking any iota of truth, your arguments are usually beclouded by sentiments.

I vividly remember how you guys over flogged the $5 million dollars U.S pledged for the fight against bokoharam, even I, became overwhelmed because I was beginning to wonder how bad things must have gotten for the Presidency and his petty loyalist to jubilate this much at the sound of a mere $5 million dollars to fight terrorism.

This naturally wouldn't be an issue if not for PMB's natural ability to lie so much through his teeth about meeting a virtually empty treasury; In about 40 days, he's laid his hands on almost a trillion naira!.

$2 billion in ECA is over #400 billion, another #400 billion from NLNG proceeds. All these in a virtually empty treasury.
God have Mercy on you all!

Mr bro, if from 45 billion dollars, as at the emergence of GEJ in 2010 and the present administration declared they met only 2.1 billon dollars what will you call dat.?. And mind you the President said they meet a near empty treasury not an empty treasure. Plz use fact in context.
Now the 1billon dollars extra appropriation budget that was granted by the national assembly is still not accounted for. As at when GEJ left how much was in the. FAAC account. As at when he left office what was our debt profile both externally and domestic?
Politics / Re: NASS Crisis: Supremacy Belongs To The People, Not Party – Dogara by mayor20(m): 10:15am On Jul 06, 2015
The hourable speaker seems not to understand the full concept of democracy. Yes democracy is for the people. How are the people views and policy articulated, represented and aggrgated. No democracy in any part of the world flourish without a good party system. Political parties are vehicle through which people views and interested are represented. They exists to provide alternate choices to the people on who should govern them.
According to Schumpter 1956: democracy is that institutional arrangement for arriving at political decisions in which individuals acquire the power to decide, by means of a competitive competition struggle for the people’s vote, independent judiciary, bill of fundamental human rights, a free market economy, and a two or multi-party system, in which every party has a chance of coming to power through periodic elections4.

Any election that the aftermath results to violence was is not free and fair. The 2011 election was not considering the scores recorded by PDP in south south and south east states.
The same thing during this past election. Election was not free and fair in states like Rivers. In states where election were fair the outcome was peaceful. There is no way you can detached electoral violence from electoral malpractice. June 12 was peaceful until it was annulled and people took to the streets to get reclaim their mandate.

It happened in Eygpt and Ivory coast. Am sure and most certain that if GEJ followed suit the military will exercise their custodian right.

He did himself and his family a favour. There is nothing extra ordinary in contesting in an election against Buhari and losing. In a football tournament participating team advance to the next stage if they are able to win the opposing team and if they lose they are eliminated out of the tournament. GEJ went into a tournament against other candidates and he was eliminated. Simple.
