KEVIND: What a shame indeed. A big shame to people like Deji Adeyanju who have sold their conscience and honesty for a pot of porridge. Just few months weeks ago specifically on 31st of May, 2022 @19.57hrs Deji Adeyanju tweeted that thus; 'Peter Obi is the best Candidate. This is my opinion. If you disagree, that is your problem.' (Deji Adeyanju, 31st of May, 2022 @19.57hrs on Twitter) That was Deji then. The question is what happened or what changed that he is now betting against his best Candidate? Was his first opinion an error of judgement or did money changed hand or was he being bullied? It is important to know what happened in other to guard our judgement from opinions of Social influences like Deji. Nigerians cannot be deceived again by doomsayers or people who don't care about the wellbeing of the general population. Nigerians are tired of poor governance and want who will help to get their country working and they want to try Labout Party with Peter Obi and Yusuf Datti Ahmed because APC and PDP with their social poverty influencers have failed them for too long and they are saying Enough is Enough. |

Well not everyday you come across nice and genuine traders and contractors online in Nigeria but the truth is that many of them abound. There are surely very many good and honest business people online. Especially those traders in Building Material that have their own shops and engage in providing the services. Some are very willing to enlighten you on their trade keeping all cards on the table and holding back no trade secrets to maximise profit. Rather they lay every trade secret bare, and depends on marginal profit from quick turnover to keep business floating. I stumbled unto this company T-Pave Ventures online in Jiji.com on my search for Increte and Stamped Concrete materials. My God he was amazing. He is based in Lagos but has presence in Abuja and most importantly to me in Ogidi Building Material Market Shop OGB 05, and OGB 06 Importer Zone Building Onitsha Express Way 08033542484 where he sells all things you would ever need for Increte and Stamped Concrete, (Release Agents, Color Hardners, Stamp Mats, Trowels etc etc) Even if you want it done, they are ready not only to give you the materials at the best importers price, they would do that for you amazingly on best price and quality I wasn't able to match looking around. Politics / Oluwo Of Iwoland Oba Abdulrosheed Adewale To Support Peter Obi Presidency 2023 by Mayor78: 12:21am On Apr 21, 2022 |
Oluwo Of Iwoland Oba Abdulrosheed Adewale to Support Peter Obi Presidency in 2023 for Change to a New Nigeria. Why would Oluwo of Iwoland Oba Abdulrosheed Adewale Akanbi attempts to hide under another lie to continue his lies against Igbo people. He now subtly claims to be an Igbo with Igbo friends. Was it because he has been smoked out as two faced Igbo hate lover, or? Well! The Oluwo Of Iwoland Oba Abdulrosheed Adewale Should Stop Lying Against Igbo and Support Peter Obi to Emerge as President in 2023 for Change to a New Nigeria. To claim that Igbo's don't sell land to other tribes or that they are not Nigerian enough is completely false. Many people from different tribes and race have landed properties and farms in Igbo land, and it is incontestible that Igbo's are more dispersed in every part of Nigeria where they have made their home more than other tribes. So to say that he cannot trust an Igbo to be the President of Nigeria is a whole misspoke. What a misleading and indeed a rasixt view coming from someone highly placed as a traditional ruler of a great ancient town of Iwo. It was very disheartening to hear a high calibre voice from a high pulpit knowingly sending out spurious misleading views that distorts the truth about other ethnic group. Such insidious comment from Oluwo of Iwoland, Oba Abdulrosheed Adewale, a traditional ruler against the Igbo's can simply be classified as hate speech. And to observe that he made such vile comment particularly at this political period against the Igbo's can only mean one thing: to hammer the nail deeper in the attempts by some mischievous persons to keep the door of Igbo Presidency in Nigeria in 2023 sealed. But they would all fail insha Allah! The last time it was Mr Tunde Bakare, a Pastor telling completely unfounded story of Igbo officers abusing the Prime minister before shooting him during the 1966 coup, this time it is a supposedly respected Traditional Chief, the Oluwo of Iwoland clearly telling lies that Igbos refuse to sell land to other ethnic groups thus outrightly maligning the entire Igbo people. To say that these are two revered individuals of Yoruba ethnicity from Southern part of Nigeria making these outrageous claims at this period says a lot about their intentions on the needed Southern unity in the quest for Igbo Presidency, an endeavour which would entrench fairness equity and justice in Nigeria Political system. To say that these Southerners made these comments knowing that such views would readily make headlines in national dailies and at this period speak volumes about their participations as co-conspirators against extending the opportunity for Igbo of South East to produce President of Nigeria in 2023. It is really sad that out of desperation for a continued policy of unfairness and systemic injustice against the Igbo's in Nigeria and its political system, the person of Oluwo of Iwoland would make himself available to be used as agent of disunity instead of agent of unity. To ask how much was he paid or what value would he gain from such hatchet job against Igbo Presidency is pure waste of time because his mindset as ethnic bigot was verily displayed in his views assuming he was not misquoted. I have a Yoruba family owning a large poultry farm and land at my village in Anambra. We have where we called 'Ogbe Awusa' meaning Hausa quarters where Northerners own buildings and properties. To say that Igbo's does not allow other tribes to buy land in Igbo land is spurious and misleading. Any human being who has the ability can and indeed do buy land any where in Igbo land. The only time an Igbo man may refuse to sell a land to you is when you want to buy the land in his ancestral family compound. Although you may see family's in townships caught by urbanisation and development selling their family compounds. Yet it is often very rare and considered a taboo in Igbo land for people to sell land in their family compound to anybody even to an indigene of same town but from different kindred, not to talk of persons outside the town. So the reality is that apart from land in family compounds (which I think is equally difficult to buy in other traditional ethnic towns and villages), you can buy land anywhere in Igboland once you have the capability. You may say that lands in Igbo land are often too expensive to buy but value of land anywhere is priceless and varies. These are verifiable facts for those who cares for the truth. The Oluwo Of Iwoland Oba Abdulrosheed Adewale must then stop lying against Igbo and support Peter Obi to emerge as President in 2023 for change to a New Nigeria. 2 Likes |

Horlardorjah: Lol! Here they go! They ain't wired which way exactly?? Why weren't they?? You need certain genealogy or what are we talking about. Are you saying stealing money from a bank isn't evil enough?? You want to recommend me to a place that I would comeback with testimony if at all am still sane?? Joking me brother! Where will you take me to nwanne? I hope you're not getting me wrong? I am not saying that local herbs or some Herbalist concortions are not potent. Offcourse am not saying such. So following you to 'a place' for testimony and not coming back needs to be qualified. Because I am not ignorant of the possibility that you may take me to 'a place' force me to take a concoction that would knock me off, or spray me with powder of sarin or some other chemical substance that would deal with me mercilessly before an antidote is applied to attenuate the effect so that I live to give testimony. It is a pity that here we are in 21st century Nigeria, able bodied people still opposing each other on the existence and effectiveness or not of juju or voodoo, in an era when Elon Musk of SpaceX has put two people in orbit in a trial set to disrupt telecommunication industry. When the world is on the race to discover effective vaccine again the novel virus (covid-19). Any company that discovers an effective covid-19 vaccine is in to rake in billions of dollars. Where are you taking me to brother? Won't the juju work for the evil covid-19 that has taken the lives of million and counting in the world? You may know that the greatest evils on earth are the bacteria, fungi, and viruses that are in the race to wipe human out of existence unchecked. Since juju only do evil, there are the task. Use it to wipe disease causing agents. Please! 3 Likes |

n3xt: O'Boy Wetin dey? Juju?? Hope you are just making a laugh? If juju dey, most rural villages must have turned to Mecca for miracle junkies just as the same naive have made billionaire of the Pastorentprenuer. That 'no one understand how the thieves carried the vault door to Orile Ilugun, Abeokuta Road, Oyo State without a crane' does not justify 'the thing dey'. You already made attempt to hypothesize by suggesting that the vault may have been taken to Orile Ilugun by crane. It is a good attempt at unravelling what really happened and how did the vault door get to Orile Ilugun? Using basic logic to ask relevant questions searching for credible answers would surely help you to unravel what was being viewed as mystery: sighting the bank vault door far away from the original site without knowing how it got there. Simple police investigation applying verifiable methods would unravel the mystery, and it is very possible the police and the bank already knew how it got there, and certainly it isn't by any juju or voodoo. The mysticism is just that you havent been told how neither did you care to really found out. To say that 'the thing dey' simply means you took the easy option to join the bandwagon, which by your standard is most surprising. I said 'most surprising' because if you (Brabus) believe or suspect that thieves may have moved the vault door effortlessly to Orile Ilugun, know how resourceful and innovative you are, you would have found an easy, practical and money saving solution to moving prefab steel mat or a complete cured prefab concrete slab on top standing reinforcements without using cranes. You could be building the caracass of high rise buildings in matter of days without cranes. Wont that be wonderful?? But I guess you are just having a laugh by your comment; the thing dey! I hope 'the juju' is being used to propel your automatic gate. If not, please why?? 6 Likes |

Usually the only security they would encounter is two police officers, then they can use the juju to locate, access, and open the vault and behold raw loot. Millions of punters play daily or weekly lotto in Nigeria, America, Europe etc. Would the juju not be effective in winning these lotto. Weekly Euromillion jackpot runs in hundreds of millions at times. Why not come and apply juju to win these raw cash. Does these juju owners or their armed robber patrons dont want to get rich?? erico2k2: My experience is that if you have limited cash at hand but a guaranteed and consistent source of income say monthly and you intend to build, it is best to start with moulding your blocks. With N300K, one can start moulding with 50 bags of cement@N2,600 = N130K. The balance of N170K would be used to organise materials (sand, water+storage, and labour) for continuous moulding. Labour moulding N800/bag × 50 = N40K Water 1000 litres at a time @N5K 3 trips of sharp sand@13K each = N39K 1 × 1000 litres Storage tank@40K Total N124K, Cash Reserve of the balance (N46K) to fund water and sharp sand as needed. Mould of 35 blocks/bag (9" hollow) × 50bags = 1,750 blocks Mould of 45 blocks/bag (6" hollow) × 50bags = 2,250 blocks The commitment has started be that. All side 'abunna' and unneccessary house party must now stop to allow for continous funding of tge mould. 1 Like |

smallsmall: Which infection is lung dampness please? The thing with damp inside the house is that it keeps the house consistently damp and moist, which overtime causes the build up of moulds on the ceiling. These moulds have fungi pores that usually contains infectious pathogens like mycobacterium (a fungus bacteria), which can be poisonous and capable of causing diseases such as MycobacteriaTuberclosis, leprosy etc when inhaled. If you must live in damp house, it is advised to always keep the place warm and improve air circulation in any damp enclosures particularly in a living area in other to minimise the build up of moisture causing moulds. Maintaining optimal air circulation inside a damp rooms will reduce your exposure to the infectious pathogens and minimise risk to the diseases. 2 Likes |

Assuming my wife and friends are in the living room, I just can't stroll to my kitchen on boxers bare chested to grab a quick cuppa in my kitchen without undue attention from the prying eyes of those women. If it is possible i will exchange the bar and adjoining bedroom with the kitchen and dinning then introduce some wall partition that won't expose my private stroll to the kitchen to those in the living room. That wasn't the contention, it is having two bedrooms ensuite without provision for the visitors is what is at issue. If you agree that a visitors toilet is an essential provision in a two bedroom apartment and not an overkill design, I yield with respect. 1 Like |

omanzo02: I am struggling to see where having 2 bedroom apartment both ensuite with a visitors toilet is an overkill design. I would question the judgement of an architect that made that observation. So you live in a two bedroom apartment with your wife occupying one room, and your two young kids occupying the other room, then you have a family friend over for Sunday brunch, are you saying the family friend should use either of the ensuite toilets for convenience? No! It is not appropriate in this day and age. I don't need to bump into your wife or children or keep saying sorry each time I invaded their privacy on my way to ease myself in your house. There is a reason behind having a designated visitors toilet in an apartment or house. Any business there is private, and we all deserve some dignity and enjoy some level of comfort too within a shelter. Therefore, any modern house design should avoid potential breach of privacy and comfort as part of its functionality. A communal 2 ensuite bedroom apartment without a visitors toilet fell below functional threshold irrespective. A good architect knew that. 2 Likes |

rotecch77: If these quality doors are here in Nigeria, whats the rush for the turkish doors. Or are these Nigerian made doors being packaged and sold as imported Turkish doors. A colleague just showed me a company set up by Chinese in Benin that make doors, high quality doors using local materials and I was like wallow! |
