I don't think this type of cyst shrink as I have had to drain before any ivf.
Try using furocyst, castor oil massage, shots like Lupron helps too or zoladex.

Will inserting castor oil directly through the vagina help to shrink it? Their is a castor oil brand by NRI called cuminous oil.

Have you seen women who conceived naturally or through IUI after draining the cyst?

What should be the best treatment options to improve conception? Draining or outright surgical removal?
