Hello everyone.

I am in uk currently on a tier4 and want to switch to skilled worker. I want to apply for my visa by October 5th but my passport will expire by march 2023.

Here are my questions:;
Will homeoffice accept this passport that is near to expiry?

Do I need to use my passport or brp for this visa application?

Anyone that hv passed through this stage or have any idea should answer me. I can't sleep.

Hello guys. Please will need people in the UK already to help me tackle what am about to share.

So I am in uk. My wife is the student while i am her dependent. I am working for this company. Now they got licence to sponsor people. I approached them or COs which they agree and asked me to pay £199 for COS which I didn't object.

Now they have gotten the COS for me. But asking me to pay £5k for 5yrs visa because I am a dependent.

Have anyone experienced such? I need as many answers I can get.

So if you Ielts expires Post ITA before AOR, you'll have to retake the test and get exact or more points before you can submit

Yes am married, we already explored all points. Gained 30 points from spouse's education and language, the next point is trying to get clb 10 in 2modules to have more 6pts as I already have clb 10 in reading and speaking, this is not easy because of the money involved.

Hello everyone, pls I need you all to advice me. My crs is 459 and I will be loosing points in November. My questions are;

1. Any hope to get Ita with such score before November 20?

2. Should I book for medicals while waiting for ITA so I can submit immediately and have my profile locked to avoid loosing points post ITA?

3. Can I book medicals without an ITA letter and how long can I wait after payment to be invited for the lab tests?
