Festus Keyamo, you only have the moral right to condemn this if your party APC is selling theirs at a lesser price. Otherwise you are just a busy body. Remove the log in your eyes first in order to see the speck in others eyes.

The checkers are DUMB sorry to say.

Put in context, everything he said is correct.

If he said Netherlands’ total export for 2021 was $120 billion and it happens it was actually $130.7 billion, THIS ONLY AMPLIFIES THE POINT HE WAS MAKING THAT NETHERLAND ARE MAKING SO MUCH FROM AGRICULTURE

Exactly my analysis too. Even that of debts still approximates to 77 trillion. Obi is correct jare. And he knows all these figures my heart.

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Re: Fulham Vs Liverpool (2 - 2) On 6th August 2022 by Mechatronix: 4:18pm On Aug 06, 2022
Up Liverpool!! At least if you can't win, don't lose either. City lost their first game last season but went on to win the league. Klopp should only begin to start that Nunez of a guy rather than Firmino. Nunez is a great player and has already formed a good bond with Salah. I am also happy that Salah scored. Nothing to worry about.

Your efforts will go down in history as one who tried to rescue Nigeria/Nigerians from this current quagmire. It doesn't matter the Party. It is the personality that matters. Those who have suffered enough and want to have hope for a better Nigeria will vote for you. Thank you for coming out of that rotten PDP of a party. Carry go Sir. Reasonable Nigerians are behind you and will definitely vote for you.

Crime / Re: Keren-happuch Akpagher: New CCTV Video Surface As School Insists On Innocence by Mechatronix: 8:27am On Dec 10, 2021
SO MANY QUESTIONS ON MY MIND CONCERNING THIS MATTER:

1. The parents, especially the mum knew this girl had such a serious health issue, such as juvenile type 1 diabetes mellitus, a condition the patient rely solely on external insulin for survival, why did they (she) allow her to be in a boarding house? Is that not carelessness on her part. No teacher/school can take better diligent care of such a child than the mother.

2. How come the girl in question never confessed to her mum or any family member of the alleged rape, even though she went home and was with them for almost two days before she was taken to the hospital? Sylvester Oromoni's case seemed evident because the late boy confessed names before he died. I think there is a gap here too.

3. On the part of the school, why did they admit a student of such health status?

4. The first report said the condom found in the late Karen was " a decayed condom". Do condoms, being plastic decay or decompose?

5. How come up till now, no one, including the Police investigating the issue are yet to sight the so called found condom from the girl, so that the DNA can be extracted from its contents and make investigation easier and simpler?

6. The CCTV videos show the girl leaving the school by herself as against the initial claim that she was helped to classes and out of school by others. Who is telling lies here?

Having asked all the above. Let the truth of this matter be unraveled and any culprit face the wrath of the law. But those questions are begging for answers.

Your advice is very wise Ma'am. Hopr she practices this...

Egedegbeincreas:
I read your post and I have this to say please, don't get angry at him he's your husband not everyone's husband. Acting without controlling your anger can be deadly most times. These are some of the things I do in my home.I tell myself I am 100% valuable and important because I know my opinion of myself is of utmost importance.. This keeps me going..Expect less from him.Bless him at all times. Because, it trickles down to you and his child.Anger blocks your way,his way,and scatters everything. Be understanding.. If you have a strong influence on him, whatever you want him to be,start doing it in a short while, you will see him easily doing that thing. This has greatly worked for my marriage..Be very careful of third parties you bring in.They either help or destroy your home.. Stick with third parties who wants your home to succeed..Correct him, when he is in his best mood ,he will easily take it..This has also worked for me greatly.. Remember, he's the head of the home you are to submit to him..Never forget this.. Anything with two heads is a monster..I hope this helps..

Politics / Re: Atiku Vs Buhari: 2019 Presidential Election Tribunal Live Updates by Mechatronix: 10:44am On Sep 11, 2019
Tospringe:
10:13 am: The second ruling is on another motion filed by INEC on April 25. The application by INEC seeks among others, the striking out of: 1. The petitioners’ list of documents relied on by the petition, 2. Petitioners’ list of witnesses, 3. Some paragraphs of the petition.

10:07 am: The tribunal unanimously dismisses INEC’s motion which Justice Garba describes as not being well-grounded in law.

The tribunal rules that a vice presidential candidate is not a necessary party in an election petition but an appendage of the presidential candidate who nominated him.

Thanks a lot Man for the updates. Good job. I am following keenly. Your efforts are very much appreciated sir. More updates please...
Religion / Re: Rev Father Kelvin Ugwu: Understanding The Significance Of First Fruit And Tithes by Mechatronix: 10:41am On Sep 01, 2019
Hakeem12:
The real question here is: “does the New Covenant require tithing, or do many Christians require it?” The New Testament teaches Cheerful Giving, but, unfortunately, many Christians still insist on tithing.

The problem with Christian Biblical interpretation is that one needs to take the Biblical passages in their textual and historical context. Much of the support for tithing comes from the Old Testament and the Old Mosaic Covenant, and the New Testament and the New Covenant. Malachi 3:8, is in the Old Covenant and applies to Mosaic Covenant Israel, not the New Covenant Church. In fact, there are only two or three references in the New Testament to tithing, and those passages refer to Christ rebuking the Jewish leaders for faithful tithing, while ignoring the most important things.

Many Christians take tithing out of context in other ways. Tithing was of agricultural produce and livestock. It was not of money. Tithing was to support the tribe of Levi, which could not have land of its own. Tithing was part of the Jewish tax system to support them and Temple worship. Tithing was also supposed to help the poor, not oppress them.

In the New Covenant, there is no tithing of the land. There is no Levitical priesthood. All Christians are priests. Neither the mode or need for tithing are relevant any more.

You nailed it brother. God bless you. You are indeed a Bible Student

NuclearReactor:

Was that for LSS(local undergraduate scheme) or Overseas

I think it was for LSS. They took a written test in July 2017 and the list of successfuls came out in November 2017.

My take is that since they have resorted to oral interviews and the undergraduates were not interviewed at all, the process should have been faster.
In any case let's keep our fingers crossed. I think September will be ideal for the final list for Lss undergrads, MSC and PhD to be finally out.

Mathematics or Engineering, that's not the problem but the individuals. Some Mathematicians can handle maths more than engineers while some Engineers can do it more than some mathematians.
Let us stop attacking ourselves and tackle the main issue which is the Nigerian issue.
The useless notions
PGDE is an added advantage, will PGDE do the teaching? M.Sc is preferable to B.Sc what nonsense! If you are not good in mathematics not even M.Sc can solve the problem. That's why u can still see a B.Sc holder beat and M.Sc holder. All these are individual dependent. They vary with individuals

Career / Re: How Can One Have A Job And Run An M.sc Program Concurrently? by Mechatronix: 7:54am On May 24, 2018
I am currently running my masters and I am employed. My department allows students to restructure the lecture time-table to suit them. Also, I have formally taken permission from my organization and they are magnanimous enough to give me some days off in a week. It's a full time program but we only use three week days. I can say it's not easy but with determination and resolve, it's possible. Note that my organizaion is private.

RuggedArab:
I have been thinking how you combine your job and your Masters (full time) program. I know some people that have started their M.sc but could not complete it because of their job.

Some of them say they could not create time to attend 50% of lectures. Most times they go into the exam not knowing what to write. One of my close pal even tried to finish but did not write his thesis because there was no time for him to do it.

Now, over to you that have been combining your job and your Masters program and those that have completed theirs while working; How did you combine both?

Sherlock5577:

MS or PhD? Most of my answers here are related to that of the MSc applicant.
1. Formal
2. They are all OK, but remember a folder may be considered more presentable than a clear bag.
3. Basically questions from your SOP; Intended career? Relevance of your proposed research to Nigeria's oil and gas industry and your intended career. Depending on the panel, you would be asked some technical questions from your SOP. Have a detailed understanding of your SOP .
4. Composure and Confidence are key. It's just for a few minutes say about 10 mins. Panels vary, so be prepared for any eventuality. Be open minded!!! Carry as many awards or publications as you have to the interview.

You're welcome grin

Great tips. Thanks a million sir.
