Which evidence do you need. Sam Mbakwe taxed every imo state man and woman, did lunching, even people willingly donated for the airport. It was seen as a patriotic act then. Even we in primary school gave our Akara money towards the building of the airport. The most popular gingle on ITV and IBC Owerri then was "Nothing is too small for Imo Airport" meaning even if its 5kobo bring it.

Name just one or two politicians, celebrities etc Everybody knows this is the kind of things they will like to be associated with..Names pls and stop the propaganda.

Good one. But this not what he asked for. Where is LEKKI seaport located? Eko Atlantic and Banana Island is not owned by SW States. Is their any rail network owned or being planned by SW states? It will be nice to know.

Rail,Port etc are under the purview of the FG and merely mentioning these means our leaders just want to make us happy. Some of these rails have been earmarked to be done.

The SW has set up the machineries for great development. If Nigeria breaks up today,SW will be one of the most developed countries in the world.

This is why I said SE has a lot of catching up to do..

The author of the 2015 statistics didn't tell you the complete story. I want to assure you that in the 80s, the then Imo State indigenes contributed toward the building of the airport. The FG through the military governor out of shame only stepped in when the project was almost complete. Do your research my man
Show evidence to back up your claim.
The state govt built it just like Akwa Ibom etc did in their own states using public funds. If you know any known, rich or popular persons who contributed, name them..

You guys problem is that you have such infant level of IQ such that you all regurgitate the same rubbish like a damaged robot.

How are yoruba slaves when the APC government since 2015 benefited them the most? We have the Lagos-Ibadan expressway, the Ibadan-Lagos rail, the dry port in Ibadan among other infrastructural development.

The menace of the Fulani herdsmen is a national tragedy and we’ve seen countless cases where Fulanis butcher people in the SE and you guys just shout and shout without retaliating.

We’ve seen situation in the SW where the Are ona Kakanfo spoke about what the Alaafin are doing to the herdsmen and we’ve seen cases where their cows are killed in their hundreds with thunder.

The SW don’t shout like the other tribes, we remain silent and kill discreetly and that to me is not a definition of a coward.

The coward here are the people that come online and shout ontop their voices only for them to cry when the Fulani struck behind their backyard.

Even Mazi Kanu is currently AWOL and cannot grace his parent burial. Cowards!
GBAMMM!

Nobody is saying Soyinka did not march with Tunde Bakare and co. Prominent Igbos like Olisa Agbakoba marched, Odumegwu Ojukwu as old and sick as he was also marched in Abuja. The issue here no be marching matter. An Igbo minister risked everything to battle Yar'Adua's cabal. Because she was inside government she was a million times more powerful than people on the street. Did any yoruba in government fight for GEJ? For that guy to say yorubas (alone) for fought is a rubbish lie.
Since I have known Nigeria,Yorubas have always been the ones largely fighting for the rights of Nigerians,Igbos have always been cowards who always queue behind Yorubas to make noise....maybe one or two of them....

Not being in govt and opposing govt rightly is braver and more dangerous.

All this noise even from T.Y Danjuma is because a larger percentage of Yorubas who always risk their lives protesting,is with Buhari even if he has disappointed in a larger percentage,he is doing very well in infrastructures....although he is a bigot of the highest order with scheming cabals,we shall triumph.
Yorubas are a reliable people, some of us voted for Buhari in 2015 because of integrity. We have to help him to make the administration successful.
The problem with the govt is the negative scheming going on.It will backfire on them negatively.

The Killings in Nimbo was a one time thing that never happened again, If it continued, the fulani knows clearly what would happen to them.

IGBOS arent weak Afonjas who will keep shouting and yet do absolutely nothing to their gambari masters...Fulani messed up in Aninri and we chased out those fulanis and more than 5000 cows, Afonja cant try that

grin

Residents of Ohafia communities in Abia State have been gripped by fear and panic as herdsmen in the area have reportedly hoisted ' Fulani Republic ' flag near the army barracks in the area.

The locals who now live in dread of sudden attack by the herdsmen accuse the herdsmen of illegally occupying part of the land donated to the army as grazing field for their cattle.

The agitated members of the communities sought to know if part of the large expanse of land donated to the army had been converted to grazing field by the herdsmen whereas the army authorities forbid the locals from farming on same land.

Ventilating the grievances of the people on the floor of the Abia State House of Assembly, member representing Ohafia South constituency Chief Uchendu Ifeanyi , called for investigation into the matter.....

Air peace cto is yoruba, most of the top officials are non igbo and the man was more pro Nigeria than any igbo.

Yorubas from Benin Republic?

There were Yorubas before Benin Republic.

Dahomey which became Benin Republic was a vassal state of Oyo Empire,Yorubas annexed it,reason we have Yorubas there.

Initially

Ikwerre claim Paternal ancestry in Edo and some maternal ancestry in Igbo

They are located in what was the largest Igbo slave market as Asari Dokubo he can confirm it so that has influenced there sociocultural outlook
So you think they are not Ibo,huh?
Politics / Re: Wike Conferred With The Title "Dike Oha" Of Ikwerre Ethnic Group by mercyville: 4:54pm On Dec 08, 2019
Igbos should leave these people .I believe they were Ibos initially(I still think they are Ibos) just like Itshekiris were Yorubas initially but now want to be known as Itshekiri but not forgetting their Yoruba root.Yoruba have lost no sleep or try to force them to be Yorubas by force. There is even a group in IMO state that came from Ife....they were Yorubas from IFE....but are now Igbos as at today. Vanguard carried a story about them once when there was a land dispute.
Some Ikweres will always remember that their root exist in Igboland(some still claimed Bini).
Leave them and they will run back to you Ibos.
It is a matter of time.
