ATTENTION ALL PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS GUY, HE IS A FRAUD!!!!

I went all the way to computer village after we agreed on a time, he wasn't around. When I told him he was leaving, he agreed to come fix it in my office. I agreed and when he fixed it, I couldn't charge the phone with cable charger only wireless (this used to happen before) but since the phone was coming on, I agreed and paid him.

When I got home and charged the phone and switched it on fully it appeared to be locked (despite the fact that he said it was unlocked). It was not locked by a mobile network but by a company called payjoy (which apparently is being owed by whoever had the original panel).

I immediately contacted this guy and told him. He started by implying I was to blame for not checking that it was unlocked then said he will come to my office by 11am to pick it up. As you can imagine, he was a no show, he then sent me some guy's number at computer village who can unlock it for 2k. He said he had spoken to him. On getting there, the guy says its 15k not 2k and when I checked with him he started saying I should tell the guy that they already agreed price when he came; the guy said he only sent him a picture that he didn't tell him anything. I agreed to the 15k if the guy could fix it anyways. After 20 mins, the guy says he is unable to unlock it because the phone was purchased on credit and the software is to prevent further use until it is paid for.

I told @itiswellandwell and he started saying all sorts - that I was negative and then he sent me someone else's number to call in computer village. I told him that I would rather he takes his panel back and he refunds my money and he said no that he won't do that.
That I probably pressed something on the phone to make it not work.


I told him to refund me some of the money and he refused and stopped replying. He now said he has never even seen the stuff before.
