I paid 70,500(the 500naira was the transaction fee). I used Sanapay, i transferred to a generated account number. Click on sanaapay and you will see card and cash payment. Select the cash payment to do a transfer to the generated account and it will reflect.

Meter is 63k excluding installation and wires etc. Then it's not transferable from one house or location to another. So you have to have an agreement with your landlord to deduct from there.

Then after application and payment for the meter, you will wait for at least 3 months before getting it.
Don't waste your time and money on it. It's not worth it.

i leave in a room apartment ( face me and face you apartment to be precise), we use one meter in the apartment of about 20 rooms but the PHCN bill is just too much. we pay our bills regularly but we still have some arrears due for payment, due to the fact that some of us might have not receive salary before PHCN bill payment would have been made for that month.

my questions are:
1. will it be possible for me in that same house to apply for a prepaid meter and be given?
2, wont PHCN be adding part of the bill from the existing meter to my prepaid meter?
3. what will be the purchase and installation cost?
