In North Cyprus, there is no Polish embassy. Any country that does not have a consulate or embassy in north Cyprus, students can apply to such an embassy if they can visit south Cyprus or Turkey. There is no Canadian embassy in north Cyprus, for example, although numerous north Cyprus students have gotten visas from Canadian embassies/consulates in Turkey.
Those agents that encourage you to apply for a visa in your home country are not entirely wrong, because one of the requirements for obtaining a visa in another nation is that you must demonstrate a connection to the country from where you are seeking.
So, instead of going to North Cyprus for one semester and applying, why don't you apply for Poland universities from your own country?
Thank you very much sir, can I have your email sir I need to discuss something very important with you sir. I would really appreciate to email some questions privately sir |

You can apply to anywhere you want! Cyprus does not stop you from applying to anywhere. Ok sir but some agents will keep telling you that you have to come to Nigeria to get visa that it’s not possible from north Cyprus. Sir please is there a Poland embassy in north Cyprus to get your student visa? |

Yes, those smuggling narcotics and several illegals are wreaking havoc on the innocent, and before you know it, the poorly educated souls would declare Cyprus to be a dreadful place. How can you bring illegal stuffs into another country and expect them to treat you well?
Cyprus promoted itself as a study destination. People applied for admission claiming to be going to study but, in reality, they were going to ship drugs to Cyprus under the guise of studying.
One even came to this thread recently to advertise how to illegally transport people to South Cyprus and seek for client to contact him/her. On this thread, I had to remove his illegal posts.
These individuals frequently degrade various countries and soil the names of their countries practically all places they live, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, India, and Dubai; if they are not trafficking narcotics, they will be scamming on the internet (Yahoo yahoo).... So they'll argue that the United States and Europe are better, but I'm curious as to why they continue to commit crimes in the ostensibly better countries. I just find it hard to understand these individuals.
I have not had time to write on this, but I have had some chats with my Ercan immigration contacts about what is expected of new students, particularly those from AFRICA and specifically your country.
In regards to the refund, call the phone number listed on the adapass website and request to speak in English and explain your issue. There is a certain lady who is always helpful in this respect.
You are very right sir but I would like to ask a question, is it true that you can’t travel from Cyprus to another country for schooling as an international student you can only travel for tourism and vacation Is that right sir? |

Hi,
You can use this website to get an idea of where to stay, how much it will cost, and to book the accommodations you want before leaving your country. On the website, you'll find the contact information for the property owners or agents.
Simply search up your university's address and hunt for accommodations near it. The majority of Near East students reside in Lefkosia, but you must ensure that the place you choose to live is not too far away and that the university bus is easily accessible.

As I stated in my previous post, quarantine in TRNC is no longer in effect, and there is no need to pay for it. Simply bring your negative PCR test result with you when you arrive.
However, one of the students who flew from your country three days ago was forced to pay at the Lagos airport. He explained to them there is no more payments in the TRNC, but the immigration authorities in your country insisted on making him pay and wasting his money.
I advise him to contact TRNC's health department to find out how he can get a refund when he arrives.
Important
Also, they have been deporting some students upon arrival in recent weeks, according to information I've received, the most of them are from Africa, and primarily from your country.
They now conduct interviews upon arrival, check your phone occasionally, inquire for your school's name and what you plan to study, and examine your appearance and other factors. The majority of deported students have no idea what university they are attending or what course/program they wish to take, which makes me wonder if they are actually interested in studying.
Best wishes!
Please sir I need your help, what’s the best country to relocate to sir. I’m currently in north cyprus, I want leave to a better country to study and affordable sir. |

As advised by your agent, postpone your travels towards end of September or early weeks on October.
As I stated also, my next students are traveling end of September, there is nothing you are coming to do early as classes start on October for most universities. Ok sir But the reason your student are going ending of the month it’s because they don’t want to go early but mine are saying due to change in governmental rules sir. I’m just confused right now sir. |

You will be sent to English preparatory school which you will pay for and may last 1-2 semesters until you pass.
Basic English for anybody that can write, read and communicate in English. Depends on the university, some are multiple choices testing tenses, verb use and short write up. 98% of those coming from English speaking parts of
Africa pass it easily cos is basic. Hello sir thanks for all your help sir, sir there is something going up right now the OKTB is a having a little problem I was talking with my agent he said that there government is changing rules and it delaying the OKTB is it true sir? This is a tiny one building university. It has no accommodation of its own. Anyway, it’s located in Famagusta where offcampus apartment is cheaper than other city. You will find apartment either shared flat or one bedroom flat around 1200-2000 TL monthly and sometimes you maybe asked to pay for 3-6 months at a go.
Use this link below to see accommodation cost ( this your university is in Famagusta/ Magusa)
https://www.101evler.com/kibris/kiralik-konut/magusa
Have you not gotten admission?
If yes, all university writes the yearly tuition on their acceptance letter. Also, visit the university website to read to know more about the university and tuition. I don’t understand how you will be going to a university without knowing anything about the university like tuition and accommodation before you even process the admission.
I don’t know what the writing part look like but if you have passed high school exam like WAEC or NECO from your country, and can read and write then you have nothing to fear it’s not TOEFL or IELTS it’s just common entry ENGLISH exam.
How did you get your admission? You applied yourself or via an agent? Read your acceptance letter; all required documentation are generally written in the acceptance letter and you can also email the university for all you need. I applied via agent sir just trying to confirm sir and please what do they ask at the port of entry sir? |

Having studied in different countries and traveled extensively, I can assure you that if you do not have a full scholarship, working to pay tuition and living expenses will be extremely difficult, and the situation maybe even more difficult for those in non-English speaking countries such as Cyprus. Recently, I taught a sessional course at one of Canada's institutions, and one of the students in my class was a Brazilian who had to return to her homeland because she couldn't manage the financial situation and the backbreaking work required to survive. I have seen countless students from various countries as well in Cyprus that have stranded and left university for years because they can’t afford the tuition and those with jobs hardly can even pay the fees.
If you don't have enough money to pay for a full year of tuition and housing, you can continue your studies in your home country for the time being. However, if you insist on traveling in order to support yourself through work, you may be lucky or unlucky depending on the situation.
However, be prepared and optimistic; regardless of your plans, do not do anything that would ruin your name or that of your country. You might also consider learning some digital skills that will allow you to be self-sufficient without having to do a lot of time-consuming and strenuous work.
Hint: One of my students (a 23-year-old Palestinian lady in her second year of engineering in Cyprus) is a professional blockchain developer and junior machine learning scientist who self-taught herself. She is a practical expert with a long list of projects under her belt; she recently signed a two-year contract to work remotely for an Australian company building solutions, earning a solid wage without ever leaving her room. First, this is a plus for her since, unlike people who engage in fraudulent activities online, landing a job after graduation will be a piece of cake for her given her present recommendations and projects she has successfully accomplished.
Best wishes! Hello sir what about the English proficiency test, if you did not meet there mark what will they do sir? And I need idea on how there English proficiency test looks like sir. |

In general, students should arrive prior to the start of class so that they can finish their housing and immigration paperwork without interfering with their studies. However, students arrived slightly late due to a variety of factors, despite the fact that the semester's deadline was set by each university's schedule.
So, to assist you in planning, I recommend you to consult your school's academic calendar, which can be found on the university website, to determine when classes will begin and the deadline for course registration.
Jobs are relatively scarce as Cyprus is an island with a sizeable economy dominated by education and other allied services, which has been exacerbated by the Covid lockdown, which has impacted a number of enterprises. Although some businesses have begun to recover, it should be noted that, as in nearly all countries where English is not the first language, finding work in Northern Cyprus may be hampered by the language barrier, wages for survival, and unregulated working conditions. Some students find jobs easily, while others struggle. If you are coming for undergraduate education, make sure you have at least two years of tuition and living expenses covered before you arrive.
Best wishes! Thank you Mr wip I’m going for under graduate education and sir am scared about the job sir, I will really need it sir. They don’t have part time job over there? |

That’s how CIU is anyway. They have a phone number you can search to contact them also. Another faster way is to get in touch with the rector of the university.
First try to call them if you can’t still reach them through out this week. Email me I will send you the direct contact of the heads of the university there. Hello sir I’m new here please I want to know if I have to travel before resumption date and I want to know I can also get job over there to help myself too not only my sponsor doing everything. |
