Femdevcon, good-evening. Uhm, recently my whatsapp has been going very slow. I've installed and uninstalled multiple times, but it doesn't even load the messages. I've cleared the history, but can't even send a message. What to do? Will a hard factory reset do? I need help please.
Romance / Re: Help A Shy Brother With How To Woo/toast A Lady by Mikkystorm: 5:52pm On Sep 01, 2016
Lol, alright then. Here's what you have to know. Firstly, no guy is SHY. It just depends on our mood to different situations. You like this girl & an approach is needed for an intimation to be established. Note, there's no actual ' Great liner ' that could be so perfect. Some girls ain't just the same. She' could be that ' mummy's girl ' that's always with her mother's advice daily on not following guys and unwanted pregnancy. So, you take it cool. Approach with a smile, not a scary or pervertive one, but a nice not too broad chin, flashing your right teeth ( lol, if you know what I mean ). Then a ' HI ' would do. Stretching out your right hand for a hand-shake. Remember, be yourself. Tell her your name, and ask her for hers. Then, if she smiles while reciprocating your words then you are good to go. Remember, for starters, don't keep the convo too long. Attempt, collecting her contact on first meeting though, it helps a lot. Thank me later.
Politics / What We Did To Boko-haram, We Will Do To The Militants - Buhari. by Mikkystorm: 7:54pm On Aug 28, 2016
– President Buhari says it is the duty of the government to maintain stability to promote investment

– – He insist that if militants fail to stop their activities, military action may be taken

The president admitted the government was open for dialogue

President Muhammadu Buhari has vowed to deal with Niger Delta militants the same way he treated Boko Haram terrorists.

The Niger Delta region has witnessed resurged activities of militants in the region who have claimed responsibility for the bombing of oil and gas pipelines.
Although the Niger Delta Avengers which has claimed responsibility for most of the vandalism has agreed to a ceasefire, several mushroom groups have vowed to continue with the bombing.

President Buhari promised the militants will get the same treatment given to Boko Haram if they don’t stop their activities.

The president who attended the sixth Tokyo International Conference on African Development in Nairobi, Kenya spoke at a meeting with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said it was h=the duty of the government to maintain stability.

He said: “We are talking to some of their (militants) leaders. We will deal with them as we dealt with Boko Haram if they refuse to talk to us.”

“As a government, we know our responsibility, which is to secure the environment. It is clear to us that lenders won’t fund projects in insecure environments.
Presidents Kenyatta and Buhari jointly address Kenyan state house correspondents after their talks today

“We realize that we have to secure the country before we can efficiently manage it.Also in a statement issued by Garba Shehu who is the spokesperson of the president, he said Buhari in an interview with Kenyan journalists said the government was making efforts to understand them more.

‘‘We do not believe that they (the militants) have announced ceasefire. We are trying to understand them more. Who are their leaders and which areas do they operate and other relevant issues.”to lead the negotiation.

The militants who have reduced Nigeria’s oil production to around 800 barrels per day initially embarked on a mission to stop oil production completely but later agreed to dialogue.

‘It however denied that Professor Wole Soyinka was appointed to join the negotiation team and blamed the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta for releasing a fake negotiation team.

Religion / Church Members Storm Mortuary To Raise The Dead - Unbelievable! by Mikkystorm: 7:38pm On Aug 28, 2016
On Saturday, August 27, church members from the Temple of God visited the mortuary at Webuye Country hospital in Kenya, in order to resurrect the dead.

According to five members of the church of more than 200 members, they had been sent by the Holy Spirit to pray for the sick, heal them and resurrect the dead. Led by Prophet Daniel Wechuli, the three women and two men squad claimed to have healed several people through their prayer saying: “We have been moving to various hospitals praying for the sick and most of them have been healed by faith.” Wechuli further added saying: “We are divine people who are anointed by the Holy Spirit to move to hospitals preaching and healing the sick without asking for any penny. We want to show people the power of God in their lives through our church that has been healing and restoring lives to God.”

However, no one had resurrected by press time as the group kept on praying. Residents of Webuye jammed the facility to take a look at the strange incident.

Good-afternoon my fellow Nairalanders. It came as a shock to me when a friend told me yesterday that soon Blackberry devices with kepads won't support the whatsapp application. I doubted first, so earlier today, my whatsapp needed updating, I successfully updated it and had to call him on the phone to tell him how wrong the rumour is. Now, and I mean just now I was on my whatsapp chatting, while I got the notification saying that from on the 31st of December 2016, it'll be better I switched to a whatsapp supported devices and then whatsapp Will no longer be supported on Blackberry devices. This is heartbreaking because, I just bought this phone.

Listen. You've been posted, you are automatically eligible for screening of the institution in which you've been posted for. You've not been posted, but attained a Jamb score of 200 and above, you are also eligible to apply for the screening ofyour first choice institution, both state and federal universities. But for first choice only. For state universities, first and second choice candidates can also apply. Wait for your school's screening form, when it's out, purchase it and pray for your admission. Any complaints, lay it down!
