Senate at its meeting held on 18th November,
2010 directed that the operating 2nd Semester
Calendar for the 2009/2010 academic session
should remain in force. The highlights of the
Calendar are as follows:
07/12/2010 2nd Semester Lectures end
08/12/2010-14/12/2010 REVISION
16/12/2010-03/01/2011 Xmas Break
04/01/2011 Students Come into Residence
10/01/2011 Exams Begin in Faculties of Education/Pharmacy/
Engineering
14/01/2011 Enterpreneurship Examination
15/01/2011 General Studies Examinations
17/01/2011-27/01/2011 Other Faculties Examinations
28/01/2011 Students go down/end of 2009/2010 session
19/02/2011(Saturday) New Students come into Residence for 2010/2011
Session
26/02/2011(Saturday) Old Students come into Residence
For the avoidance of doubt, all staff and students
should note that these dates are still operative,
and are to be adhered to strictly.
Consequently, students are expected to vacate the
halls of residence for the Xmas break and return
back on Tuesday 4th January, 2011.
