DESCRIPTION
• Prepare financial reports and analysis related to the company’s farms operations
• Keep a thorough record of business transactions and enter data from daily work logs into the company’s general ledger system
• Supporting supervisory and executive staff by performing any assigned accounting and clerical tasks
• Make postings to ledgers accurately daily and timely.
• Keep a thorough record of all company charges.
• Assist senior accounting personnel with any tasks conducted within the accounting department, or any tasks that require accounting personnel to take part
• Match work orders to invoices and process basic operational procurements.
• Process invoices/bills so that they can be paid
• Daily and weekly preparation and reconciliation of mill production reports including finished production, WIP inventory.
• Preparation of miscellaneous journal entries at period end.
• Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
• Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
• Asset management and supervision.
• Accounts payable administration
• Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws

REQUIREMENT
HND, BSc : Accounting, Banking and finance, Business Admin, Economics

- Must have basic Farming knowledge (Must be a Male). 2-4 years’ work Experience
-Inherent leadership skills.
-Team player who will exceed assigned responsibilities
-Native intellectual curiosity and mental stamina
-Ability to project and explain the consequences of actions taken
-Maintain excellent on-going working relationships with other internal and external personnel
-Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
-Proficient with Microsoft Office, with advance Excel skills
-Work onsite (Field) as required by the job.

He/ She will be responsible for producing building layouts, details and specifications for projects
- Preparing working drawings and contract documents
- Developing project architectural design packages
- Assisting with estimation and procurement procedures
- Coordinating with other disciplines
- Liaising with client representatives
Education: Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture or Environmental Design. Strong working knowledge of building codes

Experience: Preference will be given to those candidates with 3 to 5 years of industry-relevant experience and demonstrated Auto CAD competency, Revit, Photo shop, 3D max, Sketch up and other relevant design applications.
