Hmm! Hmm! What a thread.I never thought we Nigerians had such a safe sex life. I actually think the WHO should re-check their statistics and correct the anomaly on the prevalence and incidence of STI/HIV and teenage pregnancy associated with this great nation. We are a healthy bunch. No more GUM clinics please.

Quote from Oyibo01
Just a final thought,  South Africa was under colonial rule and gained independence in the 60's as well. Yes, it fell into the hands of apartheid leadership, but face the facts, look at South Africa today,  its a 1st world country on a 3rd world continent! How come the "new" leadership were able to build & develop it to what it is today after independence?

Hmmm,  after thought though, since the change of leadership in South Africa in 1994 infrastructure, service quality, etc, etc is starting to deteriorate, makes one think,  where does the real problem lie in Africa?
I  guess you are insinuating from the last paragraph that blacks are incapable of achieving anything great. You adduced that it was an after thought. Was it? There are more topical issues to discuss now. I will take you on this later.

quote from pssword
Isaac Boro has just buttressed my point, Hausa, Igbo, yoruba,  tribes tribes tribes, , differences, suspicions, half-truths. What happened to one Nigeria,
One Nigeria died a few years ago when the speck from the eyes of the Niger-deltans was removed.

@ Seun!!!!! If you are intelligent enough to decipher the obvious trend in this thread, you won't help noticing the intelligence of the Niger-Deltans posting here. Light years ago, we were  far  behind Western nigeria academically(No thanks to your scheme to keep us in perpetual ignorance). It is changing Fast. Many of us are now in western countries getting our acts together (Not fraudulently like ur yoruba folks here in the UK , Scammers etc).I mean real professionals. We send money to our folks down in the creeks to educate and arm them to remove the shackles your tribesmen placed us in since the 60s.
We are wiser now. No more in-fighting.We are now confronting our common enemy, The yorubas/Hausa/Fulanis . Una na neva see anything yet. After the battle in creeks have been won, I will persuade my president to give you a working Visa to Yenagoa for allowing dissenting voices to air their views here on your portal.

@ Seun! Which National assembly? A national assembly of yorubas and Hausa/fulanis? E belike sey u don smoke marijuana.
There are thousands of us in the diaspora willing to help financially and technological to fight the theiving and treacherous Yorubas and hausa fulanis. The battle line has been drawn. A guerilla warfare that will bring u blokes to ur knees has started.

@Mariory! Do you know what DNA is? If u know any genetics, u would have realised that nobody's gene can ever go extinct. My kids of mixed race origin will probably never visit ur so called Nigeria in their lifetime. My genes(and theirs) is now well ingrained in the British soceity. Except you are also planning to wipe out Britain with the 'excellent' military might of the Nigerian army.

kokScItY!!! BEHOLD! THE CHICOCO REPUBLIC OF NIGER-DELTA

Politics / Re: Nine Oil Workers Kidnapped In Niger Delta by mingiix: 6:44pm On Feb 22, 2006
@Seun! I had a high regard for your supposedly high intellect. You now sound like an alarmist, traitor, liar and the all the negative nouns that typifies the Yoruba man.
Is it a must to cohabit with you yorubas and northerners in the false entity call Nigeria.
@9ijaMan!I Understand your problem. Your source of livelihood is threatened. You can rest assured that we Niger-Deltans are not a vindictive group. When the Niger-Delat republic comes to fruition in the first quarter of 2008, we won't be economical with a 6month working visa  to our neighbours(northern and western nigeria). Our eastern nigerian neighbours  will probably be granted a right of abode(they are more understanding and truthful).

Jakumo(the self-acclaimed satirist)! I am not going to have a diatribe with you. You have got a right to write anything you want. That is the beauty of being in the civilized world. You will be surprised at my dexterity in stripping and re-assemblying a rifle with shut eyes. I probably started handling rifles at an earlier age than you(at the age of 11 in my secondary school in zaria). My skills i acquired while in NMS will all come back when a chicoco republic is finally declared.
LONG LIVE THE NIGER DELTA CHICOCO REPUBLIC!
AND CURSE  TO THE YORUBA & HAUSA/FULANI THIEVING REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA
Politics / Re: Nine Oil Workers Kidnapped In Niger Delta by mingiix: 5:22am On Feb 22, 2006
Stupid comments from three folks in here. A yoruba bloke, an Igboman and a possible Aboki. Please, you guys go back to your cocoa, coal and groundnut boards respectively. Those of us from the Chicoco republic (niger Delta) are better off without you guys.
In as much I don't support the kidnap of foreigners,I will strongly recommend the kidnap, trial and summary execution of all yorubas and hausa/fulanis found in the Niger Delta. You guys are the real culprits.
Abi na by force to be part of wetin una dey call nigeria.
Kokscity,Rotwe,  and Ono (my waffi bro),  I dey feel una.

Please, has anyone here got an application form for me to fill online to join MEND?

See my gun wey i hold for my profile.

Politics / Re: Bayelsa State: DSP Alamieyeseigha Impeached and Arrested by mingiix: 11:45am On Dec 22, 2005
onoS! That editorial is very factual and straight to the point.Uncle Sege has always been like that. Remember Odi? I want you to read my lips! In as much as I dont support Uncle seges methods, there would have been chaos and a lot of innocent lives lost if soldiers werent drafted to Yenagoa.I can assure you that Ebebi and co couldnt have initiated an impeachment. T.O ( Alams transport officer) is notorius for reprisal killings. You and I probably dont have the intelligence report available to President "I DEY KAMKPE" .
In my opinion, uncle sege's sin this time around is a lesser evil for which a lot of bayelsans will forgive him. Onos, I really dont care if other state govs loot their treasury.I dont actually believe in the entity called nigeria(I might be a believer if true federalism is in play). The welfare of the average Bayelsans is more impt to me now. I hope my brothers in In your state(Delta abi?) will take a cue and and investigate Ibori as well.
