Hello,

There is no linking. The fee is integrated into the UK Visas Applicatn process now. So, technically, u have to pay for it again while applying for your VISA. Then, u go ahead and request for a refund of the one you paid in June. That's the route, from July 4, 2015., subject to when these guys change it again. Like they have a penchant for changing dr stuffs every week ... lol.
