Godsknight:
I had a pain in my scrotum two months ago. I did ultrasound scan, the result revealed that I have epididymitis and varicocele. How I got epididymitis is still a surprise to me because I have been celibating for up 10 years. Thou the doctor prescribed anti biotics and the epididymitis has gone,; the urologist told me to check back in three months time. I want to ask if varicocele really pose a serious threat to my fertility because I am not married.
Yes varicocele is a major cause of male infertility.
Now there are alternatives to surgery for treating Varicocele such as Embolization and Naturopathic methods.
You can read details of these alternative treatment methods here https://www.nairaland.com/5326766/male-infertility-caused-varicocele-alternative#80705235

Varicose veins in the leg
Health / Male Infertility Caused By Varicocele ** ALTERNATIVE To SURGERY** by MissionRestore: 11:20am On Jul 28, 2019
A varicocele (scrotum varicose veins) is an enlarged vein in a man's scrotum that may cause pain, swelling or infertility. The methods of treatment available today are no longer limited to surgery. The truth is Surgery (Varicocelectomy) Is Neither a Cure, nor a "Repair". You do not return to a normal/healthy baseline post-surgery.Cutting out (ligating) swollen veins is Not curing them, and it does Not address the root cause. Ligation of the veins means less veins to circulate blood! Ligation of the veins means more burden of blood pressure on the remaining veins (this is one of the reasons why varicocele redevelops post-surgery).
And it is important to note that only 6-14% of men who undergo surgery may attain a fertility benefit.

Also because Surgery is a high risk procedure, I keep getting a lot of calls and enquiry regarding availability of alternative treatment that are effective. So this write-ups is to guide you in getting just that. And your marriage will be blessed to the Glory of the most high Elohim.

ALTERNATIVES TO SURGERY:

1) Varicocele embolization, is a non-surgical treatment performed by an interventional radiologist, is as effective as surgery with less risk, less pain and less recovery time. It's less invasive than conventional surgery, can safely relieve pain and swelling, and may improve sperm quality. For further direction, call your doctor or visit a Teaching Hospital.

2) Naturopathic cure combines Lifestyle and Dietary changes, and Supplements.
-An athletic supporter will definitely give you relief.
-Foods to Avoid: Margarine, animal fats, processed and junk foods, caffeine, sugar, alcohol and White flour products.
Recommended Foods: Whole grains, fish, Salmon oil, olive oil, poultry, flaxseed oil, fresh fruits and vegetables. Foods that contain flavanoids. Organic food is preferable.
-Supplements that are effective in the management of varicocele includes but not limited to vitamin C and E, Zinc and Bioflavanoid.
An added benefit of the naturopathic method is that aside curing the varicose also improves semen quality.

Your doctor may also recommend pain killers to alleviate pain. However over the counter pain killers like Ibuprofen are highly recommended.

For further guidance on the naturopathic cure, You can consult me (0.9.0.2.3.0.7.3.7.6.6.)
Health / Re: How Do I Cure This Pile, Please Help? by MissionRestore: 11:17pm On Jul 27, 2019
BlackPeni5:
Easy...just eat food that is rich in fibre like vegetables and fruits. It'll be gone in less than a week.

Avoid food like Eba, Fufu and bread. Eat light foods and drink lots of water. You'll be fine.
@rotadota note that the above dietary changes suggested by BlackPeni should be implemented first before any medicine.
Thereafter you can apply Aloe vera gel on the growths (pile) thrice daily.

Thank you so much for the reply but what can I use to increase the rate of my morphology?
In my opinion, I strongly believe you be more focused on increasing your sperm conc (currently 28mil/ml) rather than the morphology.
Generally to improve your semen health some lifestyle changes like loose boxers instead of tight briefs and balanced diet is advised. Particularly I suggest you eat plenty of raw tomatoes.
BEWARE you can impregnate any fertile woman with your present semen condition.
You can drop madam's test result for review as I earlier suggested.

please someone should interpret this SQA result
volume. ......5m/s
colour ............opalescent
viscosity. .........Normal
Sperm concentration
motile. ..............60%
non motile. .......40%
linearity ............Grade B
velocity. .......... Good
active...........40%
sluggish. ........20%
Total sperm count. ......28 million/ml
morphology
normal. ........20%
abnormal .........80% (big head,short neck)
pus cell........++

Your semen report is quite good.
Get your wife checked up. 1-3 pus cells are absolutely normal.
Your Morphology (normal) at 20% is higher than 4% , so it is very OK.
Stop thinking about pus cells till it is upto 10 or more.

what is maximum percentage of motility one would need to achieve pregnancy assuming the sperm count is ok
Good semen to achieve fertilization should have more than 32% of the sperm active.

First of all. I want to thank God for his mercies. At UPTH, the doctor said I had no sperm count, from low sperm count. I have been married 3 years. I have taken a lot of drugs. My wife also had issues which made the matter complicated. Fast forward to January, I came for a training in india, I started taking some self prescribed meds. Addyzoa, sperman, testostorone booster, vit E 800IU.maca root, gingsing, and some other indian roots that i wasnt faithful to. last two weeks, I reluctantly walked to the hospital for full body check up and sperm count was 20million and motility 40% active, 10 % sluggish. I have taken these drugs for 3 months now. I am still on them till I come back, although on a reduced dose. I doubt the effectiveness of Nigeria drugs.
Trust God, Its God that works using medicines. A doctor here said its impossible to conceive with my count, I should opt for sperm donor.
Be patient. Its not in 2 weeks, fertility correction starts taking effect in 3 months up.
I trust God that He will meet all of us at the point of our needs, We are fruitful men in JESUS name. Amen.
Nice testimony. All Glory and Honor to the most High Elohim.
Supplements work and original supplements are available in Nigeria. Only challenge we usually have are with vendors recommending the wrong supplement for a health condition.
May more testimonies come forth from your home. Amen.

Guys I dont sleep at night, any hint from your side to Make Me Sleep ??

Please i need serious answers!
Insomnia is due to hormonal imbalance that is triggered by physiological, psychological or lifestyle issues. So a permanent cure can be achieved through medical test and treatment.
But in the interim, you can do the following:
-Take plenty of water daily at least 10 sachets.
-Take Aloe vera juice with honey. This will help you sleep naturally.
Shalom

My mom is hospitalized due to cellulitis on her neck, it's pains a lot and it got well swollen, and she's diabetic too.. They have managed to reduce the sugar level to 200 and they started giving her antibiotics IV injection yesterday (rosephin)
Pls what's her fate?
Cellulitis is a bacteria infection Complications of cellulitis can be very serious. These can include extensive tissue damage and tissue death (gangrene). The infection can also spread to the blood, bones, lymph system, heart, or nervous system. These infections can lead to amputation or shock.

Your mum's case is worsened by the diabetes. I hope she is in a good hospital like the University Teaching Hospital in your location.
The diabetes needs to be urgently reversed if it is type2 (first move). Consult a nutritionist or reach on WhatsApp for further guidance.
She should use black soap (with honey) for bathing and Shea butter applied topically around the affected swollen areas. Supplements to boost her immunity is highly recommended.
By the grace of Elohim your mum will bounce back better and worship HIM.
Shalom
