Hello Dr. .It's 45 days already and I am yet to see my period. I have done a blood pregnancy test already and the result was negative. I really confused now because I am TTC. I don't know if its because of the pregnacare conception multivitamin that I am taking because even the period before this last one took 35 days before it came. pls advice.

I simply can't understand why one can't buy a piece of property in Lagos and go to rest. The next minute a different group springs forth and demands for a sum before you can even have access to your property after you have made initial payments to another party for years. This is currently the case of traders occupying the oceanic/ecobank plaza situated in Balogun. The plaza has been locked up for about 2 weeks now by a group who claim that they are the rightful owners of the land and demand that the occupants of the shops in the plaza pay a total fee of N660000 for a year rent and agreement fee before the plaza will be opened. Most of the occupants just recently purchased those shops for millions of naira and some recently paid new bills for the new year. What I cant understand is where did these group of people come from and where have they been all the while, this matter needs to be settled amicably and should be well negotiated, what happens if next year another group comes forth to claim ownership of the land. This matter needs to be looked into because the real owners have to be discovered so as to save the traders from undue exploitation.
