PRESS RELEASE
On behalf of the National Executive Council of the National Councillors Forum of Nigeria (NCFN), we invite all Honorable Councillors and Clerks of Local Government Councils in Nigeria to the 7th National Convention 2018.
The convention which aimed at highlighting the role and contribution of councillors to nation building is with the theme: "Councillors - The Inevitable Democratic Tools for Grass root Development and Nation Building”.
Venue: Royal Tropicana Hotel, Utako Abuja
Date: 10th to 13th April, 2018
Time: 9 am prompt.
The convention will feature lectures, workshops and elections into the National Executive Council of the forum.
Councillors and clerks are expected to pay a registration fee of N 45,000.00 each for workshops, lectures, materials, Tea break and lunch.
Leaders of Council, should kindly pick up invitation letters from the Office of the Honorable Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs in their respective states.
Councillors aspiring for any position should contact the National Secretary/Chairman convention committee for forms and further information.
