it's easy ma I don't send package by myself...its handed over to dispatcher ...if you don't agree with dispatcher bill ..you are free to pickup by yourself ....I will blatantly refused alternative way ?..... it's not true...every option are available to make things convenience for everybody ..... I ordered for many clients here but I don't know their nick on NL...Shipping Fees na die ...That's not true.....Thanks
Not criticizing your services, just saying they're places you need to improve on, stop using your dispatcher, his fees are outrageous, its your job to make sure the goods get to your clients if they're not able to pick it up, and its your job to make it convenient too, not hand it over to some cut throat and leave your client to his mercy, your dispatcher charge double.

So I finally got my order.

Review of Service

Timely: Your normal shipping takes 2-3weeks to get to Lagos. I got my order at exactly 2weeks after I made payment for normal shipping. I will rate you 5stars on that.

Customers Service: Your customer service is superb. I got update even before I asked, right from the point of purchase to the shipping up to the final landing of my products in Lagos. Although there were also times I sent mesages but I didn't get reply immediately but I was sure to get a reply b4 the end of the day. I will rate you 4stars on this.

Shipping cost: I didn't know how you came across your shipping cost but I paid higher than what I actually budgeted for mehn... Although, that was not the highest I have paid but that sure ate deep into my profit. I will rate you 3stars on this.

Handling: The products were well handled, although there was no fragile products in my order but products were properly handled. I will rate you 4stars on this.

Product: This has to do more with the producer but I will still put it here cos I know you as an agent also has something to do with it. I got exactly what I ordered.

Let me stop here first. I sure hope to do more business with you.

All in all, you still remain the best shipping agent I have used so far. Keep up the good work!
The shipping fee na die, and the cost of waybill too is over the roof, when i went to the park to send stuff highest i ever paid is 2k but with this guy its 3-5k and when you give him an alternative and cheaper way to send it, he'll blatantly refuse, review your charges and everything will be ok.

Thats because there is nothing to address...

It's only normal to have customs in your neck when you are contracted to import 1000plastics which is a contraband... I took the risk and it wasn't that successful....

So for those running good luck, for those staying, happy to have you...

I believe its your duty to tell your client that what she's importing is contraband, before proceeding with purchase, you let him get to the point of no return before saying it?

t's funny how you are busy posting my merchandise when you have not delivered them, you have refused to pick my calls nor respond to my messages. The only thing you have succeeded in doing so far is alienating me as a client. Please stay away from this GreenAir guy. He will respond until he has collected his commission then run away. I shipped in packaging materials through him, all was well even with the delay which I understood due to the season. Now, my goods landed, Oga asked me to pay an extra 60,000 naira for NAFDAC fees and I told him they are empty, there's nothing in them. Even my last shipment I picked up from another shipper of a lot more volume of packaging materials, I wasn't asked to pay a dime. I asked him why his own is different, the next thing is, he disappears, stopped picking my calls & ignoring my messages.
When he finally does respond it's to send me the contact of yet another agent it's with. The second agent too doesn't pick calls. When he saw i was getting upset, he played the "I'm ill" card.
In all these, he is yet to tell me why I should pay a whopping 60k extra to NAFDAC for empty bottles when I didn't do same for the agent I initially used. I also thank God I split my purchases between 2 agents if not I would have blindly paid way more than 60k for empty bottles.
A simple courtesy call from him hasn't been received up until this moment. The most annoying part is I sent someone to the address he gave me for pick up to find no one there. I started calling yet again and the guy refused to pick up, I had to send a text and tell my husband to use his international number to call the guy and put us in a conference call. The agent said he will resume Monday 7th.
In all my years of bringing in stuff from China, this is the worst experience I have ever had which has left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I do not recommend you do business with this dude called Victor of GreenAir Logistics as he is only nice until he gets his commission but leaves you hanging when there is an issue & also fraudulently inflates costs. Do business with him at your own risk.

P.S- I will update the house on Monday when I collect my package. It is my prayer that they come out undamaged and complete.
He didn't even care to respond to the allegations leveled against him, thanks for this, lemme run away before i willingly enter the lion's den.

'm a guy in my mid 20s,and am bored about how things are going for me,why am I always rejected, nobody want to listen to me,no one give a damn Bleep about how I feel, even those that am sure am better than, they always want to make fun of me,they now turn me to joking subject.

For instance,if we are given a group work to do in class, and I try to raise a suggestion, no one will listen, but if everything goes wrong, and I bring an idea and perhaps it works, they will see it as ordinary, but if it works through another guy,the person will be like god.
And this thing has now advance from my academic life to real life, all the girls ve ever asked out in my life do turn me down and d most painful one is d one wey I approach d last time, she is my best friend and she is d one I do confide in,she bluntly told me without feeling any remorse that 'I don't need u,I know wat I want'. That is the most brutal response ve ever heard in my life, since that time am just depressed.

i don't know if i always appear stupid or not,but naturally am an introvert and whenever am doing that they see me as a proud guy,but d more I try to get familiar with people, the more they take me for granted, how do I get out from this, cos right now, everything just tire me.
Work hard and make money, upgrade your looks, stop giving cheap unsolicited attention to people and you'll suddenly become expensive, there's a way I'll ignore you ehn you'll start doubting your existence, it works like magic, you sound like a needy and paranoid people pleaser though, learn to say fvck you sometimes.grin

During the xmas and new year period i came across alot of people, mostly commercial motorcyclists, taxi and keke drivers, Returning from school and going to my hometown, i managed to have small talks with alot of them and i realized most of them are graduates of popular Nigerian higher institutions doing one menial job or another, its disheartening to find a graduate doing such jobs and i fear for myself, many people have told me that i am better off learning useful skills than relying on my certificate, some said they went to school just to get the paper, who school epp?

Is it true? Did your education help you secure a job? Or your skills are your source of livelihood?
