LOAN RECOVERY AGENT

Job role: loan recovery/Customer Care: call defaulting customers to ensure they pay up loans collected, suggesting easy payment options to aid them to make payment (follow up is done through phone calls and messaging platforms like WhatsApp)

Requirements:
*Minimum of Ond in any field
*Must have a working smartphone
*Must be able to communicate effectively
*Must be able to work with Ms packages
* Must be willing to resume immediately

Work time: Mon to Fridays and two Saturdays in a month

9 Am to 5:30 pm

Salary: 50k basic
Overtime 3k
Plus Performance bonus and other benefits
