i appeared for Uk in 2011 with my wife as a dependant. i got married 2 months ago before we applied Uk visa. and we both got a refusal. the reason behind refusal came out, that my wife has applied for Uk visa before our marriage on some other passport and UK border agency caught her of carrying two identities. As i am her husband and we both applied together, i also got a 10 year refusal. with a black stamp on the last page of my passport. Unfortunately, when we recieved our original documents back from VFS, i got my passport back But Uk border agency send her passport to Indian ministry affairs as a criminal act. Now, i am a student in Malaysia from september 2012. i want to apply for europe. My question is.. will my uk refusal effect my europe application ??
