Politics / BREAKING: Court Sacks Ebonyi Governor Over Defection To APC by Mkomanuel(m): 2:15pm On Mar 08, 2022
A Federal High Court in Abuja has sacked Ebonyi State Governor, Dave Umahi and his deputy, Eric Igwe over defection to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Justice Inyang Ekwo in a judgement on Tuesday held that their defection was unconstitutional.
One of the reasons given by the governor for his defection is that the South East region has suffered what he describes as injustice in the PDP.
Umahi contested for the office of the governor in Ebonyi State in 2015, on the platform of the PDP and won.
Upon concluding his first term, the governor won the bid to extend his stay in office in the 2019 general elections, again as the PDP candidate.
In 2007, Umahi led the PDP....... Click https://parallelnewztv.com.ng/2022/03/08/breaking-court-sacks-ebonyi-governor-over-defection-to-apc/ for the full story
Health / Putting A Phone In Your Pocket May Lead To These 4 Things by Mkomanuel(m): 2:37pm On Mar 07, 2022
Men who use these hands-free devices tend to carry their cell phones in their pants pocket or clipped to their belts at the waist while in talk mode. As a result, they may be exposing their testicles to damaging radiofrequency electromagnetic waves, explains Ashok Agarwal, PhD, head of the andrology laboratory and the director of the Center for Reproductive Medicine at the Glickman Urological and Kidney Institute at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. According to experts, when you keep your cell phone in your pocket, especially if it’s connected to a wireless network, your body is getting radiation up to two to seven times higher than when we place it in the bag.

According to WEBMD.COM here are four reasons why you shouldn’t put your phones in your pants pocket.

1. Cell Phone Radiation Affects Sperm Quality

Research showed that radiofrequency electromagnetic waves emitted from cell phones can impair sperm quality. Semen exposed to radiofrequency electromagnetic waves emitted from cell phones had higher levels of damaging free radicals, lower sperm motility (the ability of the sperm to move and swim), and sperm viability (the percentage of live sperm), and possibly greater oxidative stress.

Foreign Affairs / Breaking: Ukrainian Sniper Kills Top Russian General by Mkomanuel(m): 3:15pm On Mar 04, 2022
A top Russian general has been killed amid bitter fighting in Ukraine in what represents a major blow to the Russian invasion.
Major General Andrey Sukhovetsky, who was the deputy commander of the 41st Combined Arms Army of Russia’s Central Military District, died yesterday as Ukrainian defense forces repelled the Russian offensive.
His death has not yet been officially confirmed by Russia’s Ministry of Defense, but was announced on social media by his colleague Sergey Chipilyov and was widely reported by several Russian and Ukrainian news outlets.
A military source confirmed that he was killed ‘by a sniper’, and suggested a funeral for the Major General – by far the most senior Russian figure to have died in the conflict thus far – will be held in Russia on Saturday.
After days of denial, the Kremlin yesterday admitted that 498 of its troops have been killed and 1,600 injured in the ‘special military operation’ in Ukraine, but the true figure is almost certainly higher.

Health / 7 Reasons Why Men Usually Have Itchy Testicles by Mkomanuel(m): 2:47pm On Mar 04, 2022
Itchy testicles, also known as itchy balls, can be uncomfortable and very tempting to scratch. In most cases, scratching can make the itch worse.

There are several potential causes of itchy testicles. Hence, it is important to know what is causing the itch to treat the underlying reason for it in the best way.

In this article I’ll be listing five causes of itchy testicles according to (HEALTHLINE.COM).

What causes itchy testicles?

Possible causes of itchy testicles include:

1. Chafing or irritation
Dry skin around your genital area is common if you walk around in dry heat. Exercising for long periods can also cause your skin to get irritated or chafed. In some cases, the skin can be rubbed away enough to cause bleeding.

Some common signs of chafing and irritation include:

-Skin feeling raw to the touch

-Redness or rash on the skin

-Surface-level cuts or openings in your skin

2. Fungal infection
Many fungi are almost invisible to the naked eye. Fungi usually live in giant colonies that are also barely visible, even when they’re living on your body. Fungal infections can easily develop around your genital area and testicles if you have unprotected intercourse or poor hygiene.

One of the most common fungal infections of the genitals is candidiasis . Candida fungi live in or on your body in your intestines and skin. If they grow out of control, they can cause an infection. This can cause your testicles to get itchy.

3. Genital Herpes
Genital herpes is a type of viral infection that can be spread during lovemaking or physical contact with infected skin.

Your testicles can feel extremely itchy or uncomfortable when you have an outbreak of this virus.

Other symptoms of genital herpes include:

Health / 6 Negative Side Effect Of Masturbation On Men by Mkomanuel(m): 3:29pm On Mar 03, 2022
According to research supported by the Swedish Research Council Study, the need for masturbating is more dominant in men as compared to women. When a person sits in a particular position to stroke, press, fold or touch his male organ, with an expectation to feel an erection, he is trying to masturbate. According to Dr. Chirag Bhandari from India, a person who masturbates more than 21 times in a month can then face some side effects of masturbation.

In this article, I’ll be sharing 6 side effects of masturbating.

Sore Genitals
When men masturbate much frequently, they may suffer from disease edema which swells up the penis with continuous irritation. Edema is a disease in which the part of the body swells up because of the retention of fluid in body tissue. This usually happens when excess pressure is put around a certain part of the body.

Low sperm count
According to Dr. Chirag Bhandari, masturbating can be a healthy habit if it is done for a limited time in a month. When men or boys are in an excessive habit of doing it, the body’s capacity to build testosterone gets hampered and can be one possible reason for low sperm count.

Dhat syndrome
In dhat syndrome, the semen is passed while men urinate. According to research published in January 2015 by the International Journal of Medical Research & Health Sciences Study, “dhat syndrome can be a possible side effect of masturbation. This syndrome can later become the main cause of premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction in men.

Health / 7 Killer Diseases, Their Symptoms And The Need To Prevent Them by Mkomanuel(m): 2:22pm On Mar 03, 2022
Most of the common diseases that affect us are potentially preventable, which is why one needs to know their enemy. Interestingly, the presence of some diseases increases the likelihood that another will occur. According to the Men’s Health Network, a lack of awareness, weak health education, and unhealthy work and personal lifestyles have caused a steady deterioration of the well-being of men. In this article, we look at 7 killer diseases, their symptoms, and why we need to prevent them.

According to the Centers for Disease Control, the following diseases have killed so many people, especially men.

Heart disease
Heart disease is a very serious killer disease. The heart is like any other muscle, requiring blood to supply oxygen and nutrients for it to function. The heart’s needs are provided by the coronary arteries, which begin at the base of the aorta and spread across the surface of the heart, branching out to all areas of the heart muscle.

Symptoms: Heart disease symptoms depend on what type of heart disease you have. If it is a heart disease in the blood vessels, the symptoms are shortness of breath, chest pain, pain in the neck, weakness or coldness in your legs or arms, and so on.

If it is heart disease caused by abnormal heartbeats, the symptoms are dizziness, fluttering in your chest, slow heartbeat, chest pain or discomfort, lightheadedness, and so on. Other symptoms could show depending on the cause of the heart disease.

Angina
Angina is another killer disease that has consumed lives. The coronary arteries are at risk for narrowing as cholesterol deposits, called plaques, build up inside the artery. If the arteries narrow enough, the blood supply to the heart muscle may be compromised (slowed down), and this slowing of blood flow to the heart causes pain or angina.

Symptoms: Chest pressure with radiation down the arm and to the jaw, Shortness of breath, sweating, indigestion, nausea, a decreased ability to do routine activities

Stroke (cerebrovascular accident, CVA)
A stroke (cerebrovascular accident [CVA]), occurs when blood supply to part of the brain is disrupted, causing brain cells to die. Blood flow can be compromised by a variety of mechanisms. This can occur because blood supply has been cut off (ischemia) or because there has been bleeding in the brain (hemorrhage). Ischemic strokes occur due to a variety of reasons including the gradual narrowing of a blood vessel in the brain, debris that can break off from the carotid artery in the neck, or from a blood clot that symbolizes (or travels) from the heart.

Symptoms: Sudden confusion, severe headache, numbness, trouble seeing, trouble walking.

Heart attack
A heart attack happens when something blocks the blood flow to your heart so it can’t get the oxygen it needs. The heart is an electrical pump composed of the heart muscle and cells that produce and conduct electrical signals. Heart muscle cells can become irritable because they have lost blood supply and may, in addition, cause electrical abnormalities or short circuits that prevent the heart muscle from pumping which can result in sudden cardiac death.

Symptoms: Severe weakness, fast or uneven heartbreak, indigestion, sweating, vomiting, dizziness, fatigue, anxiety, discomfort in the back, jaw, throat, or arm.
