My name is Lilian. I have a complex question about my EB2 NIW application. I have three kids living with me whom I have adopted as mine because they lost their parents, now that I am filling forms for EB2 NIW do I add them as my children? what is the implication.

Do I go and prepare adoption document for them? I have just a daughter and both my daughter, I and my husband have international passports, these three children just joined us in 2023. Yes, I applied on 15th July and it got approved yesterday on 9th August. A whole lot of slots were open for only 6:30 am or 7 am. from 12th August to 3rd Sept 30 persons for each day. so i picked one of the dates.

I'm F1 with two dependents husband and daughter, no closer date and I'm to resume school on 15th Aug then lessons on 24th August 2022
I have booked July 2023 date, requested for expedited date as against August 2022, no response from them.
