The first step is to apply for a visa again and tell the truth, in the application and in the interview. You should also be sure to bring it up during the interview even if not asked about it. Telling the truth in this application may not be enough for you to overcome a history of lying, but it will be the first step toward reestablishing your credibility with the United States.

Dear Abujaniv, please I have been refused US visa twice and I would like to reapply. My previous visa application stated that I was married with kids but in the actual I'm single. I would like to apply with the true information that I'm single. My fear is if I will receive a ban? Secondly, how do I present my case to the vo to avoid ban. Do I need to fill a new DS 160 form?
