The wiring harnesses most times are the cause of it, a resultant effect of water getting into the vehicle's hood. It'll need physical probing by a professional technician. It's never a straightforward fix.

Secondly can you share vin info of the said vehicle , like I hope it wasn’t flooded
As for the vibration a lot of things could cause that probably a worn cv axle physical inspection needed for this

Our engineers discovered that the ticking noise coming from the throttle body is due to the faulty old throttle body that has affected the IC in the engine control unit....the engine control unit has to be replaced and programmed, also with the communication line called CANBUS....

The brake wear sign displaying is the brake pad "sensors" that are faulty, the noise noticed while driving is from the front hub.

I went to this shop below at pix, they diagnosed these issues after I bought the throttle body they asked for initially .... the vin too below
