Please house I just want to ask if anyone has an idea of how virgin airline or Arik treat pregnant passengers travelling to the UK.

Does the passenger have to take doctors report to the airport is it necessary or she can just bone and risk it expecially if the person's stomach doesn't shoot out too much. I have a friend who is planing 2 travel nextweek she is so scared that they dont stop her from boarding.

What do u guyz think has anyone experienced it b4 pls kindly share your view with me please so that I can advise her.

Thanks.

This is criminally possible but i wouldn't advice you to take this route, sorry if this is not what you want to hear, wait until your husband gets his stay then file for spouse's visa for you and your kid.

At the moment you are not entitled to use the NHS without paying because you are on visiting visa.

In the immigration system they have you as a married woman and your husband's name is there, his biometric details and yours are stored, so if another man turns up to claim the baby and they run a check in the system and it reveals that he is not your husband and him will be arrested for immigration fraud. This is not the process you want to put yourself and your baby through.

Yes your baby will get a British passport if by miracle the man claims to be the daddy and he was not caught at that time but the problem will start when you want to claim British citizenship because of your baby, a check in the system will reveal that you are married to another man different from the man on the birth certificate.

Thanks @Justwise I understand what you mean but the thing is that I m still single on their database likewise my hubby we have not declered that we are married we are still bearing each other's name so thats the reason why I m thinking about an alternative.

I just want to know my chances of getting a stay if I decide to go through this route and how long it will take I want to know if it will not affect my baby, my hubby and me.

Thanks.

It's posible but a lot can go wrong, to start with...are you married and preg before you came to the UK?

@justwise yes I m married and preg b4 i came to UK but my hubby hasn't gotten his complete stay but someone who already has a stay wants to stand for the child (not a stranger). I usually come to visit my hubby here in the UK this is not my first time is just dat this one is for a different thing.

I just want to knw if the child will eventually get a stay and if the child does how can I get my own stay using my child if I dont want to wait 4 my hubby to do it 4 me.

Pls kindly explain everything 2 me so dat I can knw the risk and wat is at stake.

Thanks.

@Justwise and to the gurus in d house

Pls I dont know if this is the right trend to place this questions but I just need some answers.

Pls I want to know how I can get my stay in the UK after giving birth in the UK and having someone who already has a stay to claim my child. Is there a tendency that my child will be giving a stay since this person is already a citizen and if there is a tendency how do I get my own stay as the child's mother can I use my child to apply for my stay if my child gets his stay and if I can how long will it take me to get my stay if I use my child.

Thanks.

That is almost impossible as you are not a UK resident and do not have a strong tie to the UK, you should have done that in Nigeria where your chances are higher if you met the requirements.

Thanks for your response, but what if I have someone who has a residence permit can the person stand for me. And if the person can stand for me what are the procedures and what are my chances of getting the visa in UK.

Thanks.

Got this email today, applied on Thursday. can someone tell me what it means

Your visa has now been processed and is ready for collection.
We aim to return passports to the Visa Application Centre where you lodged your application within 2 working days.

Does it mean the Visa has been granted or

That is not an assurance that ur visa has been granted its until u go to the collection centre to get your percel and check ur passport b4 u can know if it was granted.
It doesn't take time to get your documents.

The message is just to advertise their new method of processing visa since UK embassy doesn't use VFS anymore. Thats what I think.

Best of luck!

I know this for a fact you can never apply for a schegen Visa from the UK as a tourist or on a visit visa. To apply from the UK you would need some other type of residence permit, as a student or worker or an entrepreneur but definitely not as a visitor. Your best bet is to apply for the schegen visa here before departing to the UK.

Thanks so much for your quick response but what if someone who has a residence permit stands for me in the UK can I still apply.

Hi guyz,
I just need some advice on what to do about my application.

I went 4 an interview at the Germany embassy Lagos last week Friday and my application and documents was not collected by the person that interviewed me she said my documents are not complete that I should get them complete and then reapply in 3weeks time and by that time my invitation letter would have expired because of the visiting date stated on it and I also need to be in UK b4 that date and go to Germany from UK.

I left the embassy disappointed after spending a lot of time there I thought she would have collected my documents and then asked me to bring back the documents she requested this week but she didn't give me that option. I really felt bad and I didn't know if she had actually done me a favour by not collecting my documents and stamping my passport or she purposely wanted to push me away.

I had to send a mail to them to reschedule another interview for me this week but they replied and said I would have to rebook another date for another interview and my I.v can last for 6months so I can rebook another appointment anytime.

Now my problem is that I dont have enough time because the next interview date is in another 2weeks and I need to be in the UK b4 then.

My question now is that can I apply for this same visit visa with all my documents when I get to the UK. Is it possible for me to apply for Germany visit visa in the UK.

Please I will be very grateful if I can get a positive response as soon as possible from you guys.

Peace.
