Good day house i have a question
the deadline for course registration in my school was jan 20th and the school advised that after that day if one had not gotten approval form IRCC yet its best to defer to the September semester which i did.
on the 26th of jan i got my ppr and had my visa stamped by jan 31 already my school had deferred my admission (new LOA came out on the 29th).
Now my question is how early can I travel to Canada given that I'm not starting school anytime soon and do i need to send my new LOA to IRCC ?

please i'll appreciate any advice or any one that has experienced something like this

1st time applicant
Upfront Medicals - August 25th 2021
Submitted application online - August 26th 2021
Biometrics collection - August 27th 2021
Submitted biometrics - August 30th 2021
Medical Updated to Passed: September 28th, 2021
Requested for gcms and started sending mails and web forms to their Nairobi, London, Abuja and Lagos visa offices- Jan 24 2022
Correspondence letter, change in review of eligibility and PPR - Jan 26 2022



Documents I submitted
The visa forms
2 Statement of account of my sponsor total was about 24million
Visa pages of my older passports
Admission letter
Support letter from school showing I have paid part of my school fees
Bsc cert
