Business / Commodity Traders Club - "Profit In A Relaxed Mood".... by mosun2003: 1:08pm On Nov 15, 2018
Commodities are becoming increasingly popular investment vehicles as investors are gradually realizing how pervasive and potentially profitable commodity trading can be.

Commodities like oil, natural gas, gold, wheat, corn and copper are a part of our everyday lives after all and their prices naturally impact us in various ways. So the more predictable the price of a commodity – the better and more stable prices are for everyone: from producers and manufacturers to transportation hubs and then from sellers to consumers.

Exchanges were first created to establish a futures market based on agricultural products or a place where standardized contracts are traded for precise quantities of a commodity to be delivered at predetermined date. Costly, unpredictable price fluctuations consequently became less common.

Crime / Riddles Over The Killing Snr. Executive Plastic Mgr. Of Thermocool Pz by mosun2003: 10:45pm On Oct 10, 2009
Lucky as he is fondly called by many, left home for work early on Saturday the 26th of September 2009 in his newly acquired official Toyota Corolla car.

Since he often worked late and there had been regular traffic congestion on the route between and Sango and Ilupeju Palmgroove, Lagos where his office was located, his wife was not alarmed when by 8.00 p.m that faithful day he had not returned. But by 9.00 p.m, she became worried.

Even when he was late her husband would call as he drove home informing her of his progress towards Sango.

She was getting anxious when about 11.00 p.m., her phone rang and she smiled when she saw it was her husband's number. But unfortunately the voice on the other end was not his.

"Good evening madam", said the voice on the other end. "Please can you identify this car, a black Toyota Corolla with Reg. No. 366 LXR"?

Without hesitation, she answered: "Yes, that is my Husband's car number"

The person on the other end of the phone asked her to come quickly to the Sango Otta  Police station and hung up before she could ask any other questions.

Vero as the wife is called, left quickly that night in the company her neighbour, an ex-military officer and got to the station around 1.00 a.m.

On getting to the station she asked for the whereabouts of her husband but was told by the police that he was involved in an accident and had been taken to a nearby hospital where he was receiving treatment.

She asked for the address of the said hospital but they refused to give her the information. After hours of waiting for information; Vero and her neighbour left for home.

Very early the next morning, Vero and some family members went to the station, hoping that the police will disclose the hospital address where her husband was said to be receiving treatment.

They refused again to give this information until 12.00 p.m. when they insisted that Vero should go home and prepare food that would be given to her husband in the hospital.

Not knowing that her husband was dead and had been dumped in their pick-up truck since the time of the incident.

The explanation from the police was that they received a distress call around 10 p.m. that Saturday along Ijoko road, where they said there were several gunshots.

" A patrol team was drafted to the area and when they arrived, saw the driver's side and windscreen of the black Toyota car riddled with bullets. The patrol team moved closer and opened the car door and found Lucky Egba in a pool of his own blood, his head resting on the steering Wheel.

When they touched him, he was was dead or so they tought. No other casualty was mentioned except Lucky.

The police thereafter, removed the body and put it in the back of their patrol Van or pick up , while they covered the seat of the bloodstained car seat with cardboard and drove the Toyota car and their pick up to their station.

According to eye witnesses who where afraid to disclose information to the police, stated that he was about to turn into the road (around gasline bus stop) that will lead to his home, he was crossed by unknown gunmen in a car (three in numbers), he was was asked to drive to a remote location where he was shot several times on the leg, passersby and okada riders had to run for there dear lives. Another eye witness said they wanted to help Lucky when he was asking for help, and that he also asked for water but the gun men stayed and wanted him to die before they left.

The questions his loved ones are asking is what had the Delta state born, devout catholic, very quiet, gentle, patient and kind man done, to deserve such a gruesome end?

My questions are

1. what could be the motive behind Lucky Egba's death?

2. Why did the Police not take Lucky Egba straight to the hospital to confirm if he was dead or unconscious instead they dumped him in a pick up till the next day. What if he had slipped into coma after losing so much blood? Are they doctors that certify people dead?

3. Will the police carry out proper investigations? Or will they sweep it under the carpet?

4. What is PZ management  doing to make sure his killers are fished out and for the family?

We hope those in authority are taking notes of these incessant killings in recent times of innocent citizens e.g. Bayo Ohu and many other.
