thanks for your response. it got so serious even before i applied last year, but i was just scared to nclude him in my last application cos I thought they would think I want to go and meet him and not return back to Nig. This led me to thinking of how it will be explained in a way they would understand, now that we resulted to him inviting me.

justwise:

That depends on when you started dating or when the relationship got serious

thanks for your response justwise. please hoe do i explain to them that my fiance did not invite me the last time? considering the fact that i told them i did not know anyone in uk when i applied last year. i need to know how this can be explained to them. I have printed out my payslip like i did last year when i applied. explain how i did not tell them last year i knew my fiance. please I sent you a DM yesterday as well, kindly respond. thank you

justwise:

Yes your fiancé can invite you and include his bank statement, payslip and proof of accommodation.
You need to submit your salary account, payslip, employment letter and leave letter. If you have pictures of you and your fiancé submit that as well.
If there is any payment into your salary account other than the salary you need to explain the source.
Add any property or investment evidence you have

Hello All, I am new here. I have gone through some posts in this forum and they have been helpful, however, I am still a bit confused and I need help. I applied for a visiting visa last year Aug and i was denied on the premise that transaction in my account is irregular and suspicious (I got a credit alert of almost times two of my monthly salary) and seems to them like i inflated my account for the purpose of getting a visa, family ties and no travel history. I work in a firm that pays relatively well. My fiance is currently working in uk , prior to when i even applied last year, but i told him not to invite me cos i felt my job and salary should be able to convince them that i can finance my trip, that was why i applied on my own, yet i was denied. Now, I want to reapply for another visa, my fiance and I are contemplating that he should invite me this time and we should let them know that he didnt invite me last year cos I was not engaged/in a relationship with him. I am actually confused on how to go about this application. I am scared of being rejected again. please kindly advise me on how to go about this application, thank you.
justwise and other gurus in this house, please helppppppp.

Hello house. I'm relatively new in this post. Please I need advise from the gurus in the house. My boyfriend has a 3 years working permit with a good job in uk. We are planning to settle down and he wants to invite me to come and join him. I applied for a visiting visa last year where I refused to state that I know him when they asked about the people I know in uK. Reason being that Hope the immigration officer won't think I want to go to uk to see him and not come back to Nigeria again (I wasn't granted the visa tho) So here are my questions... Do they automatically renew visas in uk after it expires for people with limited work permit or how it's been done generally? What are the requirements we need for me to apply for a spousal visa to uk? When applying for the spousal visa, would the record of me saying I don't know anyone in uk not come up and they might want to raise eyebrows? I really need information about going to uk via spousal visa (by marriage. I would appreciate responses and more clarification. Thanks and God bless.

Hello good people. Congrats to those who got their trv. I am new here and I have lots of questions on my mind regards going to Canada for masters. I have applied to two schools already and awaiting their response for admission offer. My question actually has to do with application for the visa. I have read so much here which has been helpful. However, I am still a bit confused about funding. Does that mean the statement of account must show a lot of money (account balance) ? And how many months account statement is required ? 3 or 6 months I look forward to responses. Thanks all.
